Customer help is very poor, the returns process is extremely difficult, they did not provide the right paperwork so I am suck. I will never buy from them again.
If I could give them zero stars I would
I ordered a top. They sent the wrong item with the label of the item I ordered and paid for (which was more expensive than the one they sent me). I don't like the top they sent at all. Meanwhile the one I do like has sold out. I contacted them and asked them to refund. They asked for photos which I duly sent. They said that it was impossible that they had made a mistake as they check everything rigorously. They also said it looked like the top had been worn (it hadn't) and that therefore they couldn't accept it for the purposes of a refund. I will be approaching the Small Claims Court and I will never use this company again and suggest you don't either.
Commande annulée à deux reprises!
Je commande un jean Loose Tapered, la commande est validée, et annulée à 2 reprises! Franchement incompréhensible!
Good marketing, awful quality denim.
Their jeans have a lovely fit, so I purchased two pairs of Regular Tapered blue jeans. All good until 6 months later, a tear started to appear on the rear back pocket and the area around front zip split open getting on a bike one day - they were not tight jeans. The exact same thing happened the other pair, so I sent them back. They apologized and sent another saying the batch was faulty. The same thing happened to this pair, so I ended up getting them repaired locally. More rips, more fraying. Long story short — terrible quality denim at rip off prices.
I bought another pair of stiff denim, put them in a cold wash and they shrank by one size.
I give up.
Terrible customer experience
Avoid these guys. The clothes look nice online but terrible customer service.
My order was cancelled after waiting for 7 days due to an error in their system. I got an email apologising and giving me a 10% discount code, so I tried again, only to have the order cancel on checkout.
Trying to order again meant that the discount code no longer worked. After trying on 4 separate times to order between the 22nd November and the 20th December, I have not been able to checkout or use the discount code!
The customer support has been very unhelpful, suggesting that it's a user error rather than their systems.
Great clothing but...
Great clothing, but delivery through UPS is a joke. Amazon can delivery almost anything within a day but UPS take a week to get a parcel from Newhaven to Lewes.... every time!
Absolute jokers
Absolute jokers - sent me an item in a different size twice - they don’t do exchanges so I had to buy it twice and inconvenience myself to arrange to return them - I’d asked their customer service to ensure the proper size was sent the second time which proved completely pointless. There customer service representatives were also snide and dismissive.

The returns process through UPS is horrific.
Returned the items as per instructions as they were too small. 2 weeks later the items are returned to me due to incomplete paperwork apparently. I called Edwin and they confirmed what I did and was correct. Edwin sent me another shipping label for UPS. 4 weeks later I have 3 pairs of jeans sitting in a warehouse in Germany awaiting customs clearance. I have no idea if or when I will receive a refund. Edwin need to make it known that items are shipped and returned to Germany.

Rien à dire sur la qualité des jeans que j'adore. Par contre, ne pas les commander sur le site Edwin qui est catastrophique au niveau du suivi des commandes (pas d'historique sur votre compte). Ils vous font bien comprendre que les retours ne sont pas leur priorité. Bref service client à fuir. Il y a d'autres sites qui proposent ces produits donc vous êtes prévenus.

So these take number 1 spot for worst customer service I have ever encountered. Nearly £250 down on items that have been successfully delivered back.
So three times I had tried to return some jeans, via these UPS returns . Three times the parcel got sent back each time for different reasons. The driver confimred everything was filled in correctly, I sent picture(s) showing how the parcel was sent and received Edwin confirmed everything was filled in correct. We couldn’t understand why it was getting sent back as the UPS team also confirmed it was all correctly filled in. So it was suggested that I could send the parcel back via an alternative courier and Edwin would pay the costs (which they finally did after weeks of pestering they initially tried to give me a voucher instead would you believe!). It is now showing that the parcel was delivered to Edwin on June 11th, I have also confirmed this with Royal Mail. It is at the correct location your team gave to me. They are now telling me they haven’t received the parcel. I am now notifying trading standards and they can take it further. As I have tried to contact them which is in Germany - so now I have had to pay costs on my phone which I was put on hold for 15 minutes and still didn’t get through to anyone, that cost me over £7, £18.10 in postage costs and over £200 down in jeans I have sent back. This is all documented in emails and print screens.
Do not shop online with them.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service . I’m asking them for specific delivery day. Their answer according to UPS that an attempted to have delivery in a day when I have not been home . Now they ask me to go to wherever address was given.What’s the point of asking them at first hand and getting confirmation. Premium product. Horrendous service .
Really Nice Jeans and Great Ordering Process
Can't understand the negative reviews on here. I thought about ordering jeans from Edwin Europe, but before I did, I checked this website. Despite the bad rating, I still ordered, and I'm glad I did. The pants are of really nice quality, and the customer service was really helpful and fast. Also, I had to return an item and received my refund just a few days later.
Jeans run more than Mo Farah,terrible.
Worst brand ever
Worst brand ever. Worn 30 days only the denim is already glossy, became white at edges (not to mention the left neck pocket with small wallet…). Cheap colour quality, cheap denim. Stay out. I bought Japan Blue, Naked and this one… Japan Blue #1, Naked #2, Edwin not rated (useless).
This brand shall not last IMO.

J’ai reçu jean Edwin. Après un seul port, je constate un « trou », réponse du service client « c’est sûrement un accroc, on ne vous le changera/remboursera pas ».
Concrètement:
- soit la qualité est catastrophique
- soit la marchandise est potentiellement déjà endommagée
Peu importe que ce soit l’une ou l’autre raison, le fait est que le client est pénalisé, et que je ne recommande absolument pas Edwin. Jamais plus je ne commanderai chez eux.

Bought 2 pairs just shy of £400 five weeks ago & their in-house alteration service was suppose to shorten the legs to 26" the first pair was altered to 28" and the second pair altered each leg of one pair to different lengths one 27" & one 28" so one was longer than the other!!!!
Now this was their first mistake (though a very big one) the second was it took 2 weeks for them to find someone to come back to me after I contacted them (even though I phoned them every day nearly)
Now, they said they was going to collect these, fix them & have them back to me quickly, it's been 10 days & still no return of my jeans!
So in short (not short enough in my jeans sake) I'm out of pocket nearly £400 five weeks on with no jeans to wear! Their customer service & manager has been augmentative, totally in denial & dismissive to this issue, to the point he don't think it's an issue at all...
I was not offered any compensation, refund or free pair for my troubles & still 5 weeks on I'm still without any jeans Thave today just spoken with the store (as they have had the jeans 10 days) & they say they altered a week ago but are sat there awaiting being sent back, A WEEK!!!!
I'm a huge Edwin wearer, for the last 7 years have not worn any other jeans apart from Edwin & now I feel after the terrible service I'm now looking for a new Jean company to define my style as I feel have lost hope as I don't believe Edwin care & lost to itch with who their customers wearers are....

The worst customer service ever experienced..I have tried to return a jumper 4 times! It keeps getting returned to me...wrong barcode supplied for returns.
Quality isn't great either... genuinely will never ever buy this brand after this experience

I have permanent quality problems with low-quality jeans, so 1.5 years ago I took the investment of 190€ on myself and bought what I thought was a high-quality Edwin jeans.
This is, like all other cheap jeans from the fast-fashion sector also broken.
Very surprised about the poor quality I went to Edwin and wanted to claim the jeans to get my money back. Finally, from my point of view, it can not be that such an expensive jeans broken after 1.5years.
As an incompetent service response I get the answer "Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for you" and after my third email the suggestion 30% on my next order. From my point of view, completely impudent and just bad, for sure I will not buy pants from Edwin again even with 30% discount.
Inferior denim feel
I’ve worn Selvedge denim for as many years as I can remember but I generally only ever bought Levi’s (cone mill denim was fantastic) then about 5 years ago I discovered Edwin and noticed that you could get these with great fades on eBay so I started buying and was more than happy .I thought I would start my own fade project and recently bought a couple of pairs of new Nashville so I could alternate them , well I am so disappointed, after one wear the denim is like an old dish cloth with no body at all which makes me question the13/14oz weight claim; I single cuff my jeans with a fairly large turn up but these just flop down dreadfully
I don’t know if other people have experienced a drop in quality with Nashville in particular but I certainly wouldn’t buy again
