Overpriced for mediocre quality. When I realized the shoes did not fit and I was falling off of the heel, I attempted a return. They had me go through several steps before allowing me to return by shipping them to CHINA on my dime for 50 USD! Are you kidding me? It took me weeks to even get to the point of them allowing me to ship to them. Do NOT purchase here!

This company is totally awful!!! I purchased shoes online using their size chart. When the shoes finally arrived after 1 month, they were too small. I contacted them about an exchange or a refund. They said to keep them and they would credit me only 15%of the $84.oo spent. If I wanted a full refund, I would have to pay $40-$50 to return them to China. I asked for a 30% refund and they said they would have to get approval. 2 weeks later they kept writing emails thanking me for my patience. Finally they told me I still would only get 15% refund. I still have not seen that. I would NEVER shop with them again!!!

Very similar to what others have said, what I received was not at all what was advertised.

I ordered a pair of Elisa Women’s Orthopedic Leather Sandals and waited three weeks for them to arrive. When they finally did, they came stuffed into a bag rather than a shoebox, with absolutely nothing to help maintain the shape of the shoes during shipping.

As soon as I opened the package, I was hit with an overwhelming chemical smell. The shoes themselves looked nothing like the quality shown online, they honestly looked like something I could have picked up at a thrift store. For something advertised as “orthopedic” footwear, they were also extremely lightweight and felt very cheaply made. The material was definitely not leather and the color was more reddish than brown.

I am extremely disappointed that I spent this much money on a product that feels completely misleading. I would strongly recommend staying away from this site. If you’re considering purchasing anything from them, think twice. You may end up waiting weeks for your order only to receive something that looks and feels nothing like what you paid for and be left out the money in the process.

The description and images of the shoes I purchased were inaccurate. The shoes were advertised as brown and were reddish-maroon to dark pink.
The buckle was broken on arrival. I contacted them the day I received them for a return following the directions given in the webpage. I was asked 2 times to send pictures in order for them to send me instructions to process a return. I sent the pictures (unused shoes, inaccurate color, poor fit in the ankle straps, broken buckle) and they wrote back offering only a replacement, which I did not want.
I wrote again requesting a return, not a replacement. 4 days after, I have not received a response.
Poor quality, inaccurate description, poor fitting and poor costumer service. I will never buy anything from this store.

They were out of the shirt I ordered. I cancelled and didn't accept their suggested alternative, but they shipped it anyway. After admitting their mistake they only offered a small discount of what they sent and a terrible cost to return it.

Same thing happened. Not what was advertised as Orthopedic, wrong size, cheap false advertising. Will dispute with different outlets. Do not buy!!

The products received do not match the descriptions used to sell them. The Marielle “Leather” Jacket appears to be thin synthetic or vinyl-like material, not genuine leather. It arrived without a brand label, care label, material-content label, or documentation verifying its composition. It has a strong chemical/plastic odor, lightweight wrinkled material, and a poorly finished, mostly unlined interior with exposed seams and stitching.

The Delphine “Orthopedic Suede” Wedge Sandals also do not appear to be suede or orthopedic footwear. The upper looks like fabric or synthetic textile, and there is no apparent structured cushioning, arch support, or orthopedic construction. The sandals arrived without a shoe box or appropriate retail packaging and also have a strong chemical odor. There is no clear branding, material disclosure, or documentation supporting the advertised claims.

Both items were advertised using specific claims—leather, suede, and orthopedic support—that are not supported by the products received. The lack of labeling, generic construction, questionable materials, and poor presentation make this order materially not as described.

Drop ship business, terrible quality. Even the size was wildly wrong. Material is cheap. Hope this helps someone pass on buying from them!

I ordered 2 packages from edward thomas. the first one was delivered to the correct address. The second one was delivered to an incorrect address, and was lost in the mail. They refused to refund my money on the 2nd package and they refused to tell me where they addressed the 2nd package.

DO NOT ORDER FROM EDWARD THOMAS. This company is a fraud. The cashmere vests we ordered were pricey yet when they arrived they were cheap imitations and MUCH TOO small. There has been no response from multiple emails. There were no size or care labels on the clothing or the packaging.

STAY AWAY. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT. THEY DO T RESPOND TO EMAILS AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. AWFUL. I WAS ROBBED!
