Email replies were pretty much instant with all the help on sizing etc given.
My order came in 2 days 😳how insane is that!!! And that’s with normal delivery I didn’t pay extra for faster delivery. Crazy🤯
The jeans are super stretchy and I think sizing is pretty inclusive from smaller to larger bodies so something for eveyone.
I cannot wait to wear my sparkly jeans, and I’m literally about to order some sparkly shorts for the hotter weather.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I had pre ordered 2 pairs of sparkly…
I had pre ordered 2 pairs of sparkly jeans, I waited for 8 weeks before they fulfilled the order. Then they sent the order via “Evri” an unknown carrier service, and after waiting another 2 weeks for it to get to the US, they said they delivered my order and they DID NOT!!
I have security cameras and can provide proof that the jeans were NEVER delivered.
So I contacted the shop and the owner said she would replace my order, and when I reached out to find out if she had mailed my order and get a tracking number from them, she tells me they didn’t have any on stock and I would have to wait even longer!
I said NO because I had already been waiting for 3 Months for an order that never came and I demanded a full refund. So we’ll see how long it takes for be to get that back.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This place does not value your business!

Firstly, you purchased a 6 week pre-order on 2 pairs of jeans. You made the purchase on February 22nd and the order was dispatched to you on the 5th of April which is exactly 6 weeks to the day and aligns with the pre-order time frame you were given when ordering. It was not 8 weeks before your order was fulfilled.
Secondly, you purchased our standard international shipping for this order which was listed as 7-14 working days with our courier Evri. Evri is a reputable courier in the UK and other parts of Europe, they are not an unknown courier service, and as we have already advised you, they partner with USPS when the parcel arrives in the USA, who are the company that delivered your parcel.
I apologise if USPS delivered the parcel to the wrong home, this is completely out of our hands, however we have offered the necessary solutions to try and solve your problem and I can see that you have had a number of other parcels successfully delivered from us.
I (the owner) did not personally email you, however one of the customer service representatives offered to replace your products and upgrade you to FedEx. We were closed for bank holiday weekend in the UK from Saturday-Tuesday, and you were not satisfied that the replacement products were not dispatched on the Monday when ourselves and partnering courier companies were closed,
If we did not value your business, we would not have offered replacement products with expedited shipping funded from our own pockets, and we would not have issued you a full refund which we have taken a huge loss on, solely to ensure your happiness and satisfaction.

I wanted to RAVE about this company's customer service. I bought my order May 2, 2025 for an event June 6, 2025. I was worried about the delivery date since I am in the US and understand international shipping takes longer. I emailed May 5, 2025 and got a response same day (despite it being a holiday for them) stating they would look into it the following business day due to holiday. They actually emailed me back the next day on May 6, 2025 stating my order is on it's way. I was highly impressed and eternally grateful. I can't wait for my item to come. I KNOW AM UP TO OWNING SEVEN PIECES OF SPARKLY GOODNESS FROM THIS COMPANY AND I HAVE TO SAY THE QUALITY IS AMAZING. THE JEAN MATERIAL IS THICK AND THE CRYSTALS ARE ATTACHED VERY WELL. I AM 5'7" TALL AND WEIGH 115 LBS. AND I WEAR A SIZE SMALL IN EVERYTHING I HAVE OORDERED AND THEY FIT PERFECT. I HAD A LOT OF QUESTIONS BEFORE PLACING EACH ORDER BECAUSE IT WOULD BE TOO EXPENSIVE FOR ME TO SEND ITEMS BACK TO EXCHANGE. BOTH EMILY AND SALLY MADE MY EXPERIENCE A DELIGHT. Unreliable, hidden fees.
Order 3567: This website is a complete scam. After waiting three weeks for my delivery, customer service refuses to issue a refund. I then receive an email from Chronopost saying my order will only be delivered if I pay €74 in customs fees. All this for an order I already paid €164 for and customs fees were never mentioned at any point. They still refuse to refund me. This is a scam, do not order from them.

I have just checked the email thread between yourself and my customer service representative and I can see that you attempted to demand a full refund knowing full well your items were in transit, and expected not only to get all of your money back, but also to receive and keep the products.
For obvious reasons, this was not given to you. We are a small business and we notified you that if the products were unwanted when they arrived, you are welcome to return them.
We offer 2 shipping options on our website
1) FedEx - where shipping, customs and taxes are paid at checkout
2) Evri Standard - which clearly states at checkout that customs charges will apply during transit.
This is available on our public domain so anybody can go check this and see that what you have stated above is not factual. We are very clear that when purchasing the standard shipping option, customs will be charged during transit.
Considering your shipping charge was only £11.95, it is fairly obvious that customs and duties are not included in this fee.
Again to reiterate, we are only “refusing” to refund you because your product is in transit, and will likely arrive very soon, therefore we will not be refunding you but you are very welcome to return the products as we have told you via email.
It is fairly obvious to see from all of our positive reviews that this is not a scam company. I appreciate that you are frustrated that we did not refund you so you could have your money back and free products, but that does not make us scammers.

Bad quality and no refund!?
Ordered silver diamanté wide leg jeans. When they arrived lots of the diamantés had fallen off in the bag. The jeans were really heavy and the fit was too long (I’m an 5 ft 7 size 10) and not the quality I was expecting. Returned them within window Emily shared, and then haven’t had a refund within 20 days despite asking politely for updates on my case. Don’t seem to care that they’re currently going against consumer regulations. Really disappointed, would not recommend

I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience.
We have sold nearly 10,000 pairs of the jeans and are constantly commended on the high quality of the product. A few diamantes may come off in transit -however this is completely normal as there are over 2,000 on the garment.
In regards to refunds, due to a large volume of returns received after Stacey Solomon unexpectedly posted us, and staff annual leave, we have fallen behind, which we accept and are working on catching up.
We are a small family run business, with only 1 full time member of staff, so due to the recent spike in orders and returns, it has become quite overwhelming at times for our very small team.
We have taken your criticism on board and strive to do better in future :)

Fantastic jeans and company
The items I ordered arrive perfectly packaged. The jeans are to die for and are so sparkly. I can’t wait to wear them for my 40th Birthsah party. I did need a smaller size and the customer service were brilliant. The got back to me very quickly and exchange was done just as quick.

Ordered a pair of sparkly jeans before Christmas, they’re the most amazing piece of clothing I own, I can’t tell you how happy they make me. Men and women were complimenting them! For someone who’s never main character, these jeans force you into the spotlight lol! I was telling everyone where to order from.
Also just ordered a sparkly mini skirt for summer and I can’t wait to wear it!
