I was afraid because of the amount for the consultation on line, but I needed a ADHD or hyperactive or OCT diagnostic and the specialist stayed on line with me for more than an hour. Like an hour and 30 minutes. Explained to me his job and backgroud, what he was allowed to do, made me feel listened in a safe space. He took the time to explain the difference between the types of ADHD and what were the options. I had a pretty good experience

I was out of options so I tried their service nonetheless despite the negative reviews. My family doctor which is 700 miles away from me refused to see me online nor on the phone. I contacted Eden telemed and got a call foran appointment the same evening, within minutes of sending the online form. Spoke with a nurse which did not pretend to be a doctor and got the diagnosis I was expecting; pneumonia. She was kind and listened, she renewed every prescription I had, prescribed antibiotics and cortisone, sent the prescriptions to my pharmacy within minutes and wrote a note to get me off work for a few days. I only reviewed their services once I realized my employer accepted their note and the pharmacy fullfiled my prescription. Im fully pleased with my experience, I still cant believe how fast, easy and convenient that was. The public system should be ashamed. Would I consult with them for some more complicated illness, maybe not, but for a pneumonia and prescription renewal, anytime. Five freakin' stars!

The 15 min call was rushed with no plan to understand what is going on with me. Tell me your symptoms... Sorry tell me one of them and we will deal with that first. (It is a joke)

The follow up:

No address or phone number on their correspondance.
I receive an invoice "Payment due" for a home visit. $600.00. Yet I did not agree to any of this. It was sent as an invoice, not a proposal.
I never received the results of my blood test (this is after I specifically stated that I wanted it)
When I showed up for my blood test, the medical request for Blood testing was not completed properley.
I left messages a few times. No call back.

UPDATE: After 3 weeks of waiting I called again to find out if the results of my blood test were in. Answer: no

I verified with the Medical Clinic that did the test. Answer: The test were sent.

I called Edentelemed back. The answer; it is not our fault.

Strongly suggest you stay away from them.

I booked an appointment, which I was later informed wasn't available until two days later. I connected on time, but the doctor was late. His recommendation was to continue using over-the-counter meds, tho I called for a basic antiinflammatory and any pain relief prescription drug for a chronic back problem persisting after a discal hernia operation, to replace an expired prescription from out of country. I was not demanding a med unavailable in Canada, just anything a close equivalent of them.Customer service was useless (just repeated that my initial prescription was not renewable in Canada.

only wanted to have a simple diagnostic of tda and they ignored me and now i’ve lost 500$ im in complete shock

A total scam. Avoid at all cost. No any service. Billing for an expensive false zoom interview with a doctor. They exploit vulnerable patients. The Eden Telemed bandits rubbed me of 260$.

The doctor was kind but honestly a useless service, way too pricy for a simple call not refundable anywhere (They only tell you once the call is finished). Might as well go to a pharmacien, would've been better for me to check online before

They put on a good show up front while they’re taking your money but they have zero follow through. If there’s a delay in results or a need to advocate for you in the system like an actual patient, they have no authority to do it. Very limited service and poor customer service. If you’re willing to throw money at them, it might be easier. If you want a virtual service, save your money and time and find another.

Absolute waste of money do not use this service they are borderline a scam. They do not have access to the DSQ which means they cant get results for any tests. Rather than tell you that upfront they try and up sell you on their services. They are very expensive and very incompetent.

Amazing service!
My son, which is a baby was very sick ans I really didnt want to go to the ER and wait for hours with a sick baby.
I managed to get a diagnosis, a prescription and professional medical advice within minutes of asking for an appointment. Im truly satisfied. The Dr was caring and understanding and really took the time to listen to my concern. I will definitely return in the future.

J'ai rempli le questionnaire web entièrement pour une demande de consultation sous 24h en dermatologie pour une personne de plus de 90 ans afin d'obtenir un diagnostic ainsi qu'un traitement adapté.
L'interface web a généré automatiquement une pré-consultation auprès d'un médecin généraliste !!! Ce que j'avais déjà mais non concluante.
Je me suis rendue au centre. Au cabinet médical, on m'a confirmé qu'il ne comprenait pas comment j'avais pu obtenir un rdv selon ma demande alors que le dermatologue est en congés d'été jusqu'au 6 aout !
J'ai donc demandé par mail d'être remboursée intégralement des 226 $ payés.
On m'a répondu par mail que, selon le conditions générales de ventes, il était impossible de se faire rembourser à moins de 24h (lol).
Quoi qu'il en soit, il était impossible d'annuler le rdv puisque je n'avais pas de lien web pour l'effectuer.
De plus, le 31/07 (hier) ma mère, seule, avait un Zoom avec un généraliste. Mais le mail reçu était celui-ci:

comme vous pouvez le constater, il n'y a pas de lien...ZOOM. Encore que, je ne sais pas comment ma mère aurait pu s'y connecter seule devant un écran d'ordinateur !!!

I was able to see a doctor online the same day without waiting hours in line at a clinic or hospital. I got a prescription in minutes and it was sent to the pharmacy of my choice. Lifesaver!!

I had an appointment with a doctor from Eden Telemed and the reason for the consultation was to get a prescription and that was very clear in my request and when I had my e-consultation.
There was no mention of lab tests when I booked the appointment and that was the reason I paid for private consultation as I still don’t have a health card. I told the doctor that I have recent labs that I can share with him, but then I received an invoice of triple the consultation amount to pay.
I can’t afford this amount of lab tests when I have recently done them and can share them with the doctor.
I asked for a refund if I can’t get the prescription and they are ignoring me. I paid for nothing and didn’t get any services.

Please respect the patient autonomy of requesting a service or don’t provide services at all.

I mentioned that I’m taking the full responsibility of using this medication and I informed the doctor that I have used it before and it was safe and it was under an endocrinologist supervision.
