Nice Customer Experiencce

The t shirts I purchased were really nice quality, with fun designs and arrived quickly. I liked that the packaging was appropriate for the size of the order - no massive boxes or bags.

I’ll definitely repurchase from Eden Ashram.

Love the tees from this company

Love the tees from this company, i've got 2 so far & will be ordering more! they are shaped for woman with a great neckline & rolled cap sleeves. Initially I bought a large one but have downsized to a medium. both fit but the L one is a bit too long in the body for me. (I'm 5'8")

I was so pleased with the quality and…

I was so pleased with the quality and shape of the 2 t shirts I received today, really lovely soft fabric, nice design and they look like they'll last. Worth the money i think....there is so much cheap rubbish on the Internet, this was a welcome change

My mantra for retirement

I am 2 weeks away from retiring 45 years in Nursing. Everyone keeps asking me what I'm going to do. When I saw the T-shirt meditate and manifest, I knew this was the perfect t-shirt for me to wear at my retirement party. Though it took a few weeks for it to arrive. It arrived last night and the quality is perfect and it fits exactly as I wanted. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Was worried buying this sweatshirt as never used this supplier before. 100% delighted with quality and fit. Would definitely recommend and will buy again
Update, this sweatshirt is actually made in china. I was assured this wasn’t the case prior to ordering

I recently bought some tops from Eden…

I recently bought some tops from Eden Ashram and I am so happy with them. They're well made, wash beautifully and make me feel great when I wear them. So delighted to have found a company that values well made clothes that are ethically conscious! They make yoga even more of a treat ❤️

I’m really sorry to see you felt disappointed enough to leave a 1-star review for us. This isn't what we want. I completely understand how frustrating it is when you’re expecting a delivery and it doesn’t arrive as quickly as you would like.

However, I want to clarify an important point: once a parcel arrives in the U.S., the customs process is handled entirely by U.S. Customs (and the carrier). We don’t control customs teams or their timelines, and they can occasionally hold packages for additional screening - even when everything is correct and in order (as is the case with your package)

We ship thousands of packages to the U.S. every month without any issues at all, but from time to time, a small number of shipments are selected for extra checks. On this occasion, it was unfortunately your package. Again, we have zero control over this, and nobody at Eden Ashram has done anything wrong here. This is 100% down to U.S. Customs completely.

Let me assure you that we find situations like this just as frustrating as you do, and we’re absolutely on your side. Our team work extremly hard to prepare and dispatch your products in a timely manner, only to be let down by others. However, it is the reality of global shipping.

I'm sure your package will be released soon. If, for any reason, you don't have your items in the next 7 days, then please reach out to our team, who can raise a query on the package, and if, in the unlikely situation, the package has become lost, then we can look to send out replacements to you.

Beautiful clothes and a great first experience

This was my first purchase from Eden Ashram after seeing one of their Facebook ads, and I’m very happy with it. I ordered two items — a sweater and a T-shirt — and both fully met my expectations.

The clothes are exactly as shown in the advertisement: stylish, well cut, with beautiful colors. The material feels high quality and comfortable, which is especially important when ordering online for the first time.

I also appreciated the packaging — simple and elegant, with clear attention to detail. Overall, the experience felt thoughtful and well executed.

Premium quality t-shirts

The t-shirts are premium quality with great slogans, and colours. We liked the first order so much we ordered another soon after the first arrived.

I had a query and it was dealt with quickly and professionally by Rachael. Thank you.

I can't recommend the t-shirts enough and know we will be back for more in the near future.
