Ordered and it arrived quickly within that week, no issues with customs or anything. I always wear S, their t-shirts in S run big, quite roomy. So if you expect a snugger fit, buy XS.... Zobacz więcej

failed delivery

I purchased the item on the 8th of April and today is the 23rd of April and I still didn't get it, although it was said that it will take 5-6 working days - apparently the item didn't even leave UK.

I really like the tees

I really like the tees, like a lot. I’d love to see plain various colored tees in addition the varying prints. I like the prints but even having a few plain tees I good to have on hand when needed

Love this store

US BUYERS BEWARE

Thank you for the reply. IF it doesn't cost that much and IF only 2% reach out for returns, then why don't you do what virtually everyone else is doing and provide prepaid return labels or offer to pay for the return?! Why not be VERY CLEAR on your website?!

US BUYERS BEWARE. Yes there are free returns, but you have to pay to send it back to London. that will cost you as much as buying the shirt. Don't bother unless you are sure of your size. Good luck...

To begin with, it’s important to note, that less than 2% of our customers make a return request. The reason for this very low figure (compared with many other fashion brands) is that :

1. We produce very accurate size charts for every product
2. We produce a quality product that generally exceeds expectations.

We take great care to provide detailed sizing guidance across our collections, including clear size charts, garment information, and model imagery designed to give customers a strong sense of scale, fit, and proportion before purchasing. Our customer care team is also always available to assist with any sizing queries prior to order placement. With these measures in place, alongside thousands of 5-star reviews from customers who consistently comment on the accuracy and fit of our garments, sizing issues are exceptionally rare when our guidance is followed. Our size charts are provided with purpose and are intended to help customers shop with confidence.

The quality of our garments also sits at the heart of everything we do - from ethically sourced, premium materials to pieces crafted with genuine care and attention, designed to delight customers from the moment they receive them.

We would also like to address the point regarding returns. In reality, there is no such thing as “free” shipping or “free” returns - these services always carry a cost. Many brands who offer these simply apply that cost elsewhere by increasing product prices across the board for everyone. Our approach is different. We believe in transparency and fairness: rather than building those costs into our pricing for every customer when less than 2% use it is unfair for the vast majority who will never use it. Therefore, we choose to keep our product pricing as considered as possible and ask only those who use return services to cover that return shipping cost. We feel this is the fairest and most equitable system for our customers.

And for clarity, return shipping from the U.S. via USPS is typically in the region of $19, for a t-shirt which is considerably lower than suggested in your review.

The United States is our single largest market, and more than two-thirds of our customers are International and based outside the U.K. Buyers don’t have to be ‘aware’ in the U.S or anywhere else. Independent reviews from our customers across Trustpilot and our website reviews verifies this fact, that customers are delighted and happy with what we do and the products we create.

We are sorry that, on this occasion, your experience placed you in a very small minority.

T-shirts are not only inspirational but great quality!

T-shirts are not only inspirational, the quality is execllent. O know I will enjoy wearing them as they feel so nice a comfy and cosy. They arrived really quickly, properly packaged and without a glitch! I would recommend ordering your usual size or down one as I am normally 14 but ordered XL based on the size advice. I will try a medium and large on other orders to see what works best. The XL is slightly too big for over a skirt for my liking, but will be very nice with a blue jeans or leggings.

I love the t-shirt

I love the t-shirt! It looks great with all different things such as a maxi shirt, jeans etc. The style and design is just as I hoped. The size chart was very helpful and was accurate. The communication from purchase to delivery was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Cool but ageless

Hi, saw the t-shirts on Pinterest and liked the fact that they looked cool and ageless. I’m a 62 year old Nonna that’s not ready to dress like granny yet.
Bought two for the gym but have my eye on the lovely Ganesha ones to wear with jeans. Got the Large but would get the Medium to wear with trousers rather than leggings.
Lovely and soft, suit my petite frame.
Arrived quickly, lovely quality.
Will definately get more.
