The workmen arrived on time, removed the oil tank and plinth efficiently, put all the plinth debris in our skip and left the site tidy. They were pleasant and helpful.

We purchased a house from the 1960’s, a total renovation project. It had two oil tanks, both different types of oil and two boilers, and interestingly built into the house and stacked above each other. We decided to go for ASHP and to lose the oil. I researched companies that removed oil tanks from households and eventually came across eco tanks. They seemed way more knowledgeable than the others I found so I made contact. Uldis replied super quick and we began talking. A few conversations later and some pictures sent across and he had formulated a plan and provided a quote. Had to wait a while whilst some building work was done but remained in contact with Uldis who was always on hand to offer advice and talk us through everything. We were finally ready to get them removed, a quick call to Uldis and it was all booked in with an appointment in under a week. Amazing service. They arrived on time, amazingly for the job done in one day, fair play there. That couldn’t have been easy at all. Super clean and tidy and a fantastic job well done. Eco Tank Services made removal of our old oil tank simplicity itself. We initially approached the company for advice when buying a house with a steel oil tank. Uldis gave us some very useful pointers about the existing installation, which helped us understand our house surveyor's concerns. After buying the house, he gave us further advice over the phone when we had some problems with the tank and came out to do a site survey and talked us through the options for installing a replacement modern oil tank that would meet all the regs. In the end, we decided to go with an ASHP and used Eco Tank Services to remove the old tank. The removal was done very efficiently and cleanly and throughout the process it was a pleasure to deal with Uldis and Eco Tank Services.
