Luxury for your room!
The fragrances smell like luxury perfumes, but for the air. Although the scent machine was expensive, and there are other companies that have theirs at a lower price, I opted for EcoScent as the fragrances offered were more vast. I was a little sceptical at first at to how effective the system would be. But I was not disappointed. No more wax, candles, or store bought synthetic sprays for me! I will stick to the EcoScent system from now on! Also, in a world were most things look and feel like plastic, this diffuser is as gorgeous as it looks with its aluminium look and feel. Lastly, I did have to contact customer support regarding something, and overall the response from them was great. However I had a feeling it could of been improved slightly. But nonetheless they still did great.

5* product and service
I am really impressed with the service and products at EcoScent. This was my third attempt at looking for scent suppliers for our offices and EcoScent have been by far the best.
From the start, Shanice responded to my calls and emails promptly, answering any questions that I had and always followed up on everything to do with the order, supply and aftercare of the diffuser and scent.
Scent samples arrived beautifully packaged and they had exactly what we wanted. The quality of the products is excellent and the prices are very competitive.

I honestly don’t know what to say
I honestly don’t know what to say! I wanted one following a visit to a shop that had one in-situ. I was blown away with how this worked on such a large scale. I contacted Eco scent via WhatsApp and wow 😮 the best customer service Iv ever encountered and hugely helpful! They gave me the name of the scent I wanted and how to purchase including the instructions and how long the liquid would last.
Using this for 2 days and well saved on reed diffusers and binned the unnecessary plugins. Don’t have any worries at getting one of these they are truly amazing and with 4 hours use the whole house smells amazing from corner to corner. The unit is such an amazing design and it’s easy to move if needed with a long battery life 🫶 Thank you this is truly and amazing item and would recommend to anyone!

As Head of Marketing for one of…
As Head of Marketing for one of London's leading Home Automation companies, I had yet to find a partner to support our clients and showroom with atmospheric marketing. However, I was absolutely blown away by Eco Scent and its marketing director, John. His attention to detail, creativity, and organisation is exceptional. The actual scents are the best I’ve ever experienced – not overpowering, but they linger perfectly throughout the day. They scented and created such a wonderful sensory experience for our 40th anniversary. I cannot thank them enough as scents remain in the memory of our potential customers and help them remember who we are!
If you’re looking for a company that goes above and beyond with outstanding results, I highly recommend them! Brilliant! Thank you again, John and Paul!

Hi Sam,
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoy the scent, but we're sorry to hear about the noise and charging frequency concerns.
We want to clarify that the EcoScent Puck machine operates under 46 dBA, considered a quiet noise level. However, we understand that noise perception can vary, and we apologise if it has been disruptive.
Regarding battery life, the machine provides up to 56 hours of operation on the Lowest mode, 15 hours on the Strongest mode, and 24 hours on Moderate mode.
We are consistently contacting you and providing our support to resolve your situation at ecoscent@ecoscent.co.uk

We've been incredibly impressed with the EcoScent machines we've purchased for our clients' reception areas. Not only do they provide a delightful and refreshing scent, but the machines themselves are sleek and modern. The variety of scents available allows us to cater to different preferences and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Beyond the product, the customer service we've received has been exceptional (thank you Shanice). The team at EcoScent has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. They've made the entire process, from purchase to installation, seamless. We highly recommend EcoScent for anyone looking to enhance their space with a pleasant fragrance.

I don’t usually write reviews
I don’t usually write reviews, but I love how small and easy it is to maintain the diffuser, especially since it doesn’t need to be plugged in like other brands I have tried. The oil scents are amazing!

What a fabulous diffuser!
What a fabulous diffuser! It makes such a nice change to have a classy, modern piece of kit to fragrance the home. It arrived speedily and was beautifully boxed and packaged. Within the kit was Oud fragrance which is a firm favourite. We're still enjoying the Oud but look forward to trying others in due course. In the meantime, it's wonderful opening the front door to an inviting fragrance.

Incredible products - would highly recommend!
This is the second time we have used EcoScent, and we would highly recommend them! The team are extremely efficient and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire experience. They took the time to go through the designs to ensure they were aligned with our brand, made sure we were happy with the final version, and then produced them without delay.
We ordered candles the first time and room sprays the second time.
We were over the moon with both products we received. The quality was amazing, they smelled lovely, and the packaging exactly what we had hoped for.
EcoScent has perfected both orders, and we will continue to use them for all future gifts. Thank you!!
