Водители обращаются грубо и неуважительно с клиентом

Искам да изразя моето възмущение от обслужване в офис на Еконт в гр.Хасково ул.Цар Освобидител 41.Служителката /едра ,чернокоса жена/беше изключително нелюбезна и викаше и крещеше на клиентите и се почувствах виновна ,че получавам пратка от Вашия офис.Момчетата в този офис са много любезни и никога повече няма да се обърна към въпросната госпожа за услуга.Моля да предприемете действия за корекция в отношението на въпросната служителка за да не уронва престижът на Вашата фирма.Клиента си чака реда и си плаща дължимото и от вашите служители се изисква само една любезност и коректност.Също съжалявам ,че не мога да напиша името на въпросната госпожа,но там работи само една жена.

I paid extra for fragile delivery, yet the box arrived with a dent in the corner. The item inside survived, but barely. Their prices have gone up significantly this year, but the quality of service is the same or worse. The courier didn't even have change for a 50 lev note, so I had to run to a shop to break it. Annoying.

So I've made an order for a desk on the 15th to be delivered to my address on the 19th. Since the delivery date states that it should be with me on this exact day, then it should be, correct? Fast forward to the 19th, the tracking updated that it left the office from Econt and is with a courier so I thought that maybe it will be delivered. Turns out it wasn't. On the day after, I've decided to check the tracking of the parcel and at 3 pm I receive an update that they are unable to deliver. I understand that there may be delays but this order was made in advance, from the 15th to now, especially on the 20th it gives enough time to be delivered, moreso the promised date of the delivery. I thought i'd have it by then, thus I asked to work from home, and yet the company failed its delivery promise. This isn't the first time it happens too. It also happened to my father twice, one of which the courier called him and said he was unable to deliver and had to send it to the office but he also had to pay for the delivery anyway. To me this feels like an extortion at this point. These tricks are familiar to me, especially as in a previous workplace we've had to deal with an obnoxious delivery company(Hermes/Evri). You should straighten up your couriers and maybe do a whole re-organization of the company because delivery companies like Speedy for example provide an excellent service. Econt used to be like that too.. 10 years ago.

In summary, I had an extremely negative experience with the delivery service. On two occasions, the package was supposed to be delivered to my address and a contact number was provided, yet no one ever called that number. Instead, I received a message that the delivery attempt had failed. I contacted the service the very next day, and they assured me they could resend the package without issue.

However, over the next five days, I repeatedly checked and nothing happened. When I visited their office, I was told to wait a bit longer, but in the meantime the deadline for picking up the parcel expired, meaning it was soon going to be returned. Several staff members at their office even suggested I go to another location, which showed how little confidence they had in their own colleagues to resolve the issue properly.

This ended up taking up my work hours and my limited free time, as if I had nothing better to do than chase after a package I had already paid for. I called their call center multiple days in a row, and each time I was told that the issue would be fixed “tomorrow,” yet it never was. On the final day when the delivery could still be completed, the same empty promises were made. They gave me a number to escalate the issue, but no one ever answered it.

In the end, the whole experience was a complete farce. Instead of people receiving their gifts on time for the holidays, I’m now left waiting for a refund because they couldn’t do their job properly.

Worst delivery services of all time, they said my package would come to my address today, so I’ve been waiting since 9am till now - 15:40, ig the lesson is never use econt, only use speedy

Не си изпълняват доставките, бавят ги, груби са. Въобще не им пука за клиентите, стига да могат да им вземат парите. Работят на принципа "човека взе парите и каза ще видим". Скандални

This review for the EcontExpress in Pomorie Knyaz Boris 1. I was there today the November 18. I have never had so bad and disrespectful service. Those two ledges were mucking me because I didn’t speak Bulgarian. I couldn’t understand why Econt keep so bad people to serve customers.

So… what went wrong this time…? Everything for the last couple months. I haven’t received any of my purchases. Some have been returned to sender without even contacting me. They have my email, phone number etc. And I found out accidentally checking my orders, if I haven’t looked I’ll never would have any of them. So I have to travel to other town where they have office to pick up my parcels.

If they really want to learn from their mistakes, it would be nice to at least inform the recipients for receiving the parcel and own the travel expenses if they are not going to deliver. But if I’m not mistaken “delivery company” is that - delivery!

Lack of ownership and accountability, specifically for international shipping. Avoid ordering via FeDex cross border, so that you won't have to deal with Packeta Romania and Econt unknowingly.
Econt did not deliver my packages to the original delivery address and left them at their remote store, in an area located very far away from the intended delivery site. They refused to redirect without further charges for myself as a client, who was not responsible at all of the issues caused by logistic chain. 0 flexibility and customer support. In the end I drove 2 hours to get my items and then I noticed that the correct delivery address did appear on the packages (even though abbreviated + post code), Econt had said that it didn't, thus avoiding responsibility. SCAM. Avoid.

A package from one neighborhood in Sofia to another location again in Sofia is delayed for several days with the stupid explanation that "there are no enough drivers" - worst courier company ever!

They broke my package (400$ console) and complain that they didn't broke it

Lack of seriousness, lack of service—I've been waiting for almost a month for them to collect a return for H&M, they never came nor called…

Оставам 1ца защото няма по ниска оценка. Глово да ползвате за доставка е по добре. Ако фирмен магазин работи с тази компания, за мен е несериозен и не иска да прави бизнес с клиентите си.10/10 не препоръчвам за нищо да се ползва.

Препоръчвам горещо да се ограничи възможността за приемане на пратки с доставка до адрес в района на Мобилен Офис Бояна, София. Вече трети ден пратката ми стои в логистичен склад, а приложението лъже, че е в МО Бояна. Дори ми позволи да направя и платя разпореждане за вземане от офис, което не беше изпълнено и отразено и се наложи да звъня на "Обслужване на клиенти", за да ми го изпълнят и съответно, остана извън работното време. Въпросният логистичен център на бул. Никола Петков е затворен по цял ден, без възможност за вземане на пратката от място (пак приложението лъже за работното време!). Редно и нормално е да актуализират софтуера с реалната ситуация, за да не лъжат клиентите. Или поне да информират своевременно служителите в офисите си в страната за затруднения по места. Все пак вземат парите на клиента предварително.
