This courier company are completely incompetent. They have tried to deliver a package four times. First two times said office was closed and we were not. Third time they said they couldn’t not find the door ( there is only one company on the floor with one reception area). The last time they said the coul not find the buzzer. This was an office building. You just enter the building and go up to appropriate floor. I don’t know who they hire but they are very incompetent.

They do deliveries for Nespresso
They do deliveries for Nespresso. When they bring your coffee they are suppose to pick up the empty capsules.,
The driver did not pick up the four bags I had left out for pickup. I called Nespresso right away to report this and they said the would have them picked up. I got 1 email saying they were on their way, then a second one saying that they picked up. IT DIDN'T HAPPEN.... I have emailed them 3 times NO RESPONCE TO any of my emails. If you read the reviews 97% bad reviews. I'm hoping Nespresso will stop using them

IF OUR PACKAGE GETS STOLEN WE WILL BE CONTACTING YOU GUYS AGAIN FOR FULL PAYMENT REFUND.

I took an off for work to wait for the delivery. Been waiting for it, expecting gifts for my nephews and nieces. I email they support. They told me im not there and can't drop off the package because its not safe.... im home waiting for it. No one buzz my apt number or called my cp number. They are lying and didnt give much info about my package. Great delivery company... for that 1 star. Thank you very much...

Had an item I bought off eBay delivered. Despite the terrible snow storm we had the previous day, the item was delivered on time and within reasonable hours. It had originally come from the USA. Dependable, and efficient.

I've been waiting since Dec 19 when my package was shipped.
No updates and customer service is not helpful at all.
Not sure why the parcel would go from Ont,to Vancouver and then to Regina as I was told also told no up to date tracking until it hits Saskatchewan which is a bloody joke.
This company is seriously the worst delivery out there.
Not to mention couriers just drop parcel no matter what time of day or night it is without ringing doorbell or knocking.
Lazy, risky, do not care
Why do they bother asking for delivery preferences or instructions when they don't follow them?
They left my package at the main entrance of my building , too lazy to bring it to my unit, so left out in the open for anyone to grab. It is beyond my comprehension how anyone could think it is okay to leave a package for someone in a common area of a building. Do they have no common sense?
Worst delivery experience ever
Worst delivery experience ever, 3 failed attemps to deliver. Can't find my address? Costumer service is terrible. No solutions, still waiting on package its been 3 weeks. Worst part its through sephora so I could of easily went in person to get the product. Its christmas time and was hoping to get all online shopping done but not with this useless company. Highly do not recommend the headache.

I don’t believe they even deliver packages at all. Horrible service I still have not received either of my packages. Customer service is super not helpful either. Very disappointed, would never recommend using them and never will in the future. Avoid if you can!

Im not even sure that its real people responding...if and when they finally do respond to an email. Simple recap of general information clearly stated on the site already with out even coming close to touching on the question. They say the package can take up to 8 days lol...thats great! Well we are on day 10 so lets start talking about that please...nope. I literally think they have an AI program that responds to their messages.

Has tried to deliver my packages after hours at the business when I have listed the company name and hours in the delivery preferences/ my contact info. Horrible range of delivery hours. Website tracking doesn’t update properly. And customer service is HORRIBLE.. I had created 3 tickets and finally got a response to my last ticket… emailed back immediately and haven’t heard back again. I will not order things if I know they are using fleetoptics

My order supposed to be delivered between December 5–8. Today is December 8, and the tracking now says the estimated delivery is December 15. This is extremely disappointing. If I had known the service was this slow and the delivery times were inaccurate, I would have purchased from my local store instead. Zero stars for service and reliability.

Claim weather delays for not delivering on a Friday. On Monday sent a message at 2pm advising "unable to deliver" this company just doesn't bother to deliver in the winter. Wouldn't recommend them.

A company that has no live person to connect with? A phone number that tells you to connect via email…. And then you are to wait patiently for a customer service agent tell you that they can’t find your tracking number which was given by the company you are calling!
Then they lie and say that they couldn’t deliver it because they couldn’t find the building. Hmmm ever heard of google maps and I live in a house so no wonder you couldn’t locate the building! A mess of a company! Good luck to those in the ridiculous siv of non responsiveness from this company!
