eComposite Products
I found the company very helpful when I rang about there products I was very interested in a particular item composite screens. The particular pattern I was interested in had sold out but they told me they something similar & if I was not happy with it I could return with no problem or they could send me samples. As I wanted screens urgently I was happy to take a chance. When they were delivered I open them and was extremely happy with the pattern & quality was extremely good sturdy product. The best part was the cost was also very reasonable.

Excellent product & service

The website makes it easy for ordering the right amount of item's for each panel.
On site erection of the fencing is easy even for novice like me.
We have had lot's of good feedback from friends and neighbours since we put the fencing up.

A bought a grey decorative screen for the garden, which looks absolutely amazing. It does everything I wanted brings something extra to the garden, looks great and a good price. Every pleased.

The product is amazing and the service from the company was excellent. From order to delivery, their communication was first class, keeping us informed every step of the way. We would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone considering going down the composite fence route. A really professional outfit.

Absolutely great dealing with eComposite, any queries I had were answered promptly and professionally by return email.
From order to delivery everything was very smooth.
All this and their products are amazing too.
We have had our fence in nearly 2 years now and it still looks brand new.

Fantastic service and quality!

Fast service, lovely product. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service with a good advice on products will order from these guys again highly recommend

Quality products at a reasonable price. We received free panels as part of an aftersales promotion too - very happy to recommend this company!

Great communication throughout the whole process! Absolutely love the fence can’t fault it. Main reason I got the fence was to save painting every year

Before I wrote this review on Trustpilot I had the option to contact them directly if I wasn’t completely happy. The trellises I ordered have already been bent. The result was that during the storm we had here in the Highlands some weeks ago the trellises were blown out. I have send this complaint to them, but so far I didn’t receive any response. However the normal panels fit ok and is of a good quality and so are the posts. I have mixed feelings about this company and I regret that I ordered the trellises.

They delivered on time, products seem good there customer service was very helpful.

We were exceptionally pleased with every aspect of dealing with Ecomosite. The product is of high quality & since the installation we have received many compliments.

Amazing quality product. Great customer service. Some small issues were sorted straightaway. Would definitely use again. Recommended to family who purchased and I fitted. I’ve purchased similar products from more expensive companies and the quality is nowhere near as good 👍

Visit to the show room in Burntwood gave us good insight into the products available. With expert advice we changed our selection to a more suitable product.
No doubt we'll be back again, wish we found them sooner!

Their customer service is beyond brilliant ! So helpful with questions that I had. Fast delivery of the products I ordered & I absolutely love my new fence.

Fast efficient service when ordered my fence, great quality and garden looks great.

Didn’t give 5 stars as I had extra aluminium posts I wanted to return and they did not provide a returns service, would cost me way more than the materials to arrange the return.

The staff were very helpful and made my ordering process very easy

A very competitively priced product, delivered with plenty of notice & correspondance. Customer services were very informative & enabled us to make adequate adjustments for our requirements.
The decorative screens are as expected & look amazing. The fence panels & gate have been installed & look fantastic.
