I have had a great experience with kings seeds. I placed a bulk order with a lovely chap on the phone and delivery was complete by lunch time 3 days later. Great customer service ,good price will buy from kings seeds in the future.

Seeds did not germinate
Seeds did not germinate. I contacted Kings, and they replied with a condescending reply. I have been a veg gardener for 60 years. I did not receive any new seeds . I willnot use this company again

Received seed order and thought all good, then went to sow the sweet pea seeds 'King Size Formula Mixed' and can tell from the packet that there is only one seed inside instead of 30!

Dear Michelle, Thank you for leaving your review. I am sorry to hear you received a short filled packet of sweet pea, King Size Formula.
Our seeds are packed using machinery, and despite the fact that there is a sensor on the machine, for some reason that nobody can explain, the odd packet does get through with either the incorrect fill or, in some cases no seeds whatsoever.
We offer our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and I will of course get another packet sent out to you.
May I take this opportunity to thank you for your custom and for bringing this matter to our attention.

Great company for seeds. We placed a large allotment order and the seeds arrived on time and the potatoes arrived at later date when promised. All look great quality and the prices are really good too.

Customer service
The delivery was delayed due to Royal Mail resulting in rotten shallot sets on arrival, in addition one seed packet was incorrect. I phoned Kings and they posted the correct seed packet immediately and replacement shallots when they are available. It was so good to be able to phone up and speak to staff who were knowledgable and immediately able to resolve the issues.

Bought a super seeder which I thought was a good idea.I tried it using first peas and then spinach seeds.Sadly it was rubbish with both of them.It was subsequently returned and Kings seeds kindly gave me a refund
