I've received great customer service from EcoCaffe. The coffee is great - and it's worth it just for the reduction in wastage.
Sometimes I have issues with the capsules getting stuck but that is not a big deal.

Disappointed in lack of colours
I have just opened my last order & am a little confused & disappointed!
I order different flavours & strengths expecting the pods to be different as well, to differentiate them.
However when I opened this order all the pods are blue, except one variety (green).
Surely if u xabt make the whole pod a different colour, u can at least make the rims different colours?? Buggered if I know now, how I will tell them all apart????

COLOMBIA Organic Coffee
I ordered the tasting pack to start and landed on the COLOMBIA Organic Coffee pods. Service was excellent and received my order very quickly despite all the delays happening around us at the moment. The coffee is smooth, full bodied and very enjoyable. I drink it both black and with milk and enjoy it both ways. Would definitely recommend!

Decaf coffee tastes great
Decaf coffee tastes great, and the compostable pods a bonus. I buy these for my mother who is fussy and finds decaf coffees often insipid. We all drink it and enjoy the taste. The compostable pods allow me to feel less guilty about creating unnecessary waste and were the main reason I bought these.
