Great coffee but
Great coffee. Have an issue with compatibility with Nespresso machines. I have Creatista plus machine and the capsules don’t fit snuggly in it. The capsule is skewed a bit for the lid to close. I normally use standard capsules with this machine from other providers and they fit nicely. Yours don’t. If you can fix this that would be great. I really like that your coffee is organic and your capsules are compostable and I want to continue using them

What's not to like?
What's not to like? Product tastes good and is fairly priced. There's a variety of blends. Pods are degradable and there are often special price offers. Delivery is prompt. Ticks all boxes!

Tried this company for the first time
Tried this company for the first time. I bought the mixed pack and and a pack of Ristretto. I have not been disappointed. All the flavours are great in their own way. Delivery to WA was as fast as they could make it (not very) . Nothing to do with Eccocafe. I will be buying again.

Quiet getaway turns to office buzz!
I recently stayed at an Air B and B and sampled your wonderful coffee! On arriving home I was able to easily source and order some sample packs for my work office. The feedback all around has been overwhelmingly positive about not only the taste and quality of coffee but the sustainable packaging benefits. A quiet get away has turned to an office buzz. For some reason Australia Post had your order in the local main hub for almost 2 weeks before transferring it to your facility and completing the delivery. Love these coffee pods! They give me my caffeine kick as well as a guilt-free conscience when I think about the earth and the amount of waste we humans produce. Glad that these are not part of the problem and are part of the solution!
