Just wasted my time

Just wasted my time
They called me for an interview and didn't explain me about salary or commission
I walked 0.8 mile then took a bus travelled for 1 hour then walked 0.6 mile and they just said we cannot offer salary .
You just did work on commission based salary.
They just wasted my day my time and my money .

Thank you for your post, but sadly, it would seem that your perception of how the model industry works is mistaken.

Firstly, a model does not get paid a salary but gets paid fees for every that they do. You have come to us thinking that this is a nine-to-five job but it is not.

Secondly, you clearly didn't read the emails we sent you before you came. Nonetheless we're sorry you wasted your time and ours, but we will give you the pictures we took of you free, and that will hopefully assuage your annoyance for something that clearly was not our fault, good luck all the same for the future.

It was an amazing experience the staff…

It was an amazing experience the staff were so friendly when I got there and the shoots were professional and done in a calm environment I didn’t feel anything off and they explained to me the terms of their agency it was overall a great experience.

Firstly I would like to appreciate the eclipse model management. I had a very wonderful experience honestly I always think this models is always a scam until I get there see it wasn’t a scam and I am so much grateful that this would help me build my portfolio thank you very once again.

I would like to thank Eclipse Model Management for their welcome, professional conduct and relaxed interviewing style.

I am very pleased to have signed a contract and look forward to working with them soon

Do not give them your money, its a fraud! All the reviews here are fake.

These guys are not legitimate. I signed a contract with them got my shoot done, deposited £100 which they said were refundable. After the shoot they put a condition to forcefully write a good review to get my pictures and also told me to get 2 more fake reviews written by friends to get all of my pictures. Which is why you see all the good reviews by people here. They never sent me any edited pictures. When I requested them to refund the deposit and terminate my contract, they stopped replying to my emails. These guys are a scam. Please do not give them your hard earned money. They will most probably write a generic response to this review about how we are some other company or xyz. Don't buy that, if as a response to this they refund my money, I will let you guys know. However, this review is written by someone who has went through the entire procedure with them and got scammed. Please kindly save yourself, and do your research before giving your money to these random so called agencies.

Dear Poster,

Thank you for your post although we do not appreciate dishonesty as you are painting us as a bad agency and more worryingly a scam. For readers, you can read our response and easily decipher yourself:

1) You tell people not to come to us and that we are a scam. This cannot be true and is practically impossible because we are a Government regulated agency but let us tell you what this means exactly. It means that the Government inspects every inch of everything that we do. This includes inspecting the jobs our models are offered and get, the contracts our models are offered to sign, the photos and videos we give our models for more or less free, and all aspects of our records. So, to call us a scam is to effectively call the Government a scam which is impossible. If you do not believe anything we are saying please feel free to contact the Government department concerned and ask them if they regulate everything we do.

2) This person (although we don’t believe they are an actual client of ours) says that they paid £100 and had a shoot. But this is a contradictory statement because anyone who knows anything about modeling and pictures will know that even when one goes into a studio to get pictures done, the minimum they can expect to pay is at least £500 and this can go up to thousands of pounds. How can they say this person paid £100 and had a shoot but we are a scam? It makes no sense whatsoever.

3) To label us as a scam is to in effect, label all our Instagram followers a scam and our clients that we post scams as well. You decide!

4) But above all we are a very good agency and do not want to upset anybody. To this extent, if anybody is angry with us or does not believe us (this includes the poster as well) we will happily invite anyone to come into our agency and not only see for themselves, but we will give them a free shoot and airbrush 10 of their best pictures – at no charge whatsoever. For the poster, you said you paid us £100 we don’t really care about your money and to prove how good we are please call us on 020 3633 8722 or email us at info@eclipsemodelmanagement.co.uk and we will happily refund your £100 and you can keep the pictures we only make our money when we get our models work by way of our 20% commission and this is why aspiring models love us.

5) Lest we forget as well, you state that all our positive reviews are fake. We are going that we didn’t read that and as for you stating that we asked you to post fake reviews this is not true. We informed you that to get the pictures you will need to post some reviews on NOT how good the agency is but simply on how well you think the shoot went. We also asked you to do this because the more good reviews we get the more likely the local council will fund us so we can keep giving free shoots to people and stop them wasting thousands of pounds in studios.


For models, we accept onto our books we not only make them good money in their spare time (usually between 15 to 25 grand p.a) but we also give them a free photo shoot of high-quality pictures that are airbrushed and retouched in Milan Italy. We also give them a free video reel (worth up to £500s) and unlimited catwalk training. This stuff is guaranteed for all our models, but as we always state if any aspiring model has a better offer elsewhere, please do not apply to us and take your chances elsewhere.

Great agency from what I can see so…

Great agency from what I can see so far. Made around £8,500 in first 6 months of being on their books and good portfolio they did for me as well + video reel.

Was scammed by two bloody studios so good going guys.

Great experience and photo shoot at Eclipse

I want to thank Eclipse, for the most amazing day and experience . I have done some Modelling shoots in the past and with different agencies, but Eclipse, is by far the most modern, professional company I have come across, and genuine. From my photo shoot and cat walk as well as my interview , all the team and staff were amazing, and I felt comfortable the entire time I was there.I wish I would have found Eclipse alot sooner, but now that I have, I feel I will get looked after and alot of work, as well as climbing the ladder and going far within the Modelling industry, I learnt alot on my visit, and am proudly signed up with this company now. One of the best choices I have made. Looking forward to working with you all. Thank you for an amazing day on my visit, was worth each and every second.... [NATHAN FARRELL]

Excellent!

Being with them for about 14 months and as they promised to be fair to them i got my deposit back + the free photos that they've promised. Had five jobs from them throughout the 12 months but they were decently paid so thanks!
