The worst online shoe shop... You can barely log in to their page, and when you do, they automatically log you out five minutes later no matter the activity. The Facebook and Google linked login does not work. Their mobile app will not let you log in at all. You insert every information as required when ordering (I did it 5 times), and you still can not order from them... My god, they are exclusively an online store, and their online page will not let me order anything hahaha
They should be ashamed of themselves.

Nemaju mogućnost recenziranja proizvoda. Proizvod je puknuo u roku 7 minuta nošenja. Korisnička služba uglavnom ne zna ništa i ponavlja ono što piše na stranici. Još čekam odgovor službe za reklamacije koja ima rok od 15 dana zamislite. Razmišlja li netko što ću ja do tada nositi na nogama u slučaju da nemam novca za drugi par obuće, a za ovaj sam dao veliku količinu novca.
Naručio sam tenisice preko ecipele.hr
Naručio sam tenisice preko ecipele.hr. Nakon raspakiravanja paketa tenisice nisu bile isti broj. Pisao sam na kontakt centar i zamolio ih da dostave obje tenisice isti broj i da pokupe tenisice koje su poslali. Ali zamislite ecipele.hr to ne rade, nego je potrebno zapakirati tenisice, vratiti ih nazad i nakon 15 dana kada vam vrate novac naručiti druge. Možda da sam to napravio bi i dobio tenisice baš isti broj.
U svakom slučaju izbjegavati ecipele.hr u širokom luku.
Neprofesionalno i bezobrazno.
Grozna korisnicka sluzba
Napravila sam gresku u narudzbi i odmah nazvala korisnicku sluzbu da to popravim. Njih nije moguce dobiti na telefon, pa sam nasla chat. Tamo mi se javila neka drska osoba koja mi je savjetovala da ponistim narudzbu i narucim ispocetka. Sad moram cekat da mi vrate novce, umjesto da su samo promijenili podatke... kod njih je dobro dok je dobro. Ali rjesavanje problema im je nepoznanica.

Agony of an experience!!!
I'll make it short as i can with so many issues i had with just one purchase.
I payed delivery 4.5€, regardless it is stated that delivery is free after certain amount. My bad, i wasn't paying attention bc i thought they don't lie.
I have bought 2 items (children shoes). First time on childs feet, one sole entirely glued out. She was in the school and i had to go and bring her shoes in which she can walk.
Than the AGONY begins!!!
Customer service is soooo bad! They answer every 10 days with some bot messages that don't have anything to do with things i was addressing to. There's phone number (not free!), that tells you, they don't have customer service on the phone.
I have done everything they asked to. Sent the shoes back, provided my account number... They say, they can't refund me on AC or Revolut so i had to find another bank account from family member (but there's no problem when I'm paying with those). I never wanted a refund to begin with. I wanted new item. They said "we don't do this". Idk why bc same shoes are still available in size i need.
Anyway... More than a month I'm still waiting for that refund.
I'm poor. That's why I'm buying cheaper stuff on sales, and that's why I don't have normal bank account. Meanwhile my kid doesn't have normal winter shoes. Because that refund means something to me.

A month ago I ordered shoes from ecipele.hr. The item I received was worn, devastated inside and out, worn insole, with traces of being worn in the rain. I waited for days for a complaint, and after they approved it and after they received the shoes back, now they are not returning the money for weeks beyond the deadline.
At first, they responded to e-mails by sending some kind of "emergency calls" to the competent department, and now they don't even do that anymore. They neither return the money nor respond to e-mails.
I won't stop here!
Prije mjesec dana narucio sam cipele sa ecipele.hr. Artikal koji sam zaprimio bio je nošen, devastiran izvana i iznutra, potrošenog uloška, sa tragovima nošenja po kiši. Čekao sam na reklamaciju danima, a nakon što su je odobrili i nakon što su zaprimili cipele nazad, sada ne vracaju novac tjednima izvan roka.
Isprva su odgovarali na e-mailove kako šalju kakve "pozurnice" nadleznom odjelu, a sada niti to vise. Niti vracaju novac, niti odgovaraju na e-mailove.
Necu stati na ovome!

Prevaranti! Narucio patike koje su dostupne na njihovoj stranici u svim velicinama da bi na moj mail zasto mi nisu poslali patike odgovorili da su mi poslali mail ( koji mi nisu poslali ) di su me obavijestili da proizvoda nema a uredno su mi poslali drugi i naplatili postarinu a ja taj drugi ne bih kupio da sam znao da necu
dobiti prvi proizvod. Sramota! Update: jasno da mi nije naplacena 'dodatna naknada', nego mi je naplacena postarina koju svi placaju kad narucuju pouzecem, to sam i napisao, nije mi jasno sto ste vi pogresno razumijeli? Dakle, narucio sam dva para patika, vi ste mi poslali jedne bez da ste me pitali da li zelim te jedne ili da li zelim odustati od narudzbe sto bih ja i uradio jer sam narucio dva para a ne jedan i ne zelim placati dva puta postarinu, tako da ste se ponili nekorektno sto ne prilici ozbiljnom trgovcu. Ipak sam i dalje nastavio kupovati kod vas jer sam nasao neke proizvode po odlicnoj cijeni, no to vas ne opravdava za nekorektno ponasanje prema svojim kupcima. Lp.

Izbjegavaj. Ima boljih opcija.
Ovaj online shop mi je poslao izgreban i oštećen remen, koji izgleda kao da je nošen godinu dana. Očito šalju proizvode, koje im kupci nekoliko puta vraćaju, a uopće ih ne provjeravaju. Sada vidim da su e-cipele i Modivo.hr zapravo jedna kompanija, a ovi drugi su mi nedavno poslali prljave, očito nošene tenisice. Sramota. Izbjegavati u širokom luku. Ima puno boljih opcija online.

Extremely difficult to use "web""shop"
Extremely difficult to place order AND even more difficult to call and talk to "non human characters" - as You have to go trough several minutes of choices and then faulty line with multiple interruptions (of other lines or distorted echoes) occur - which all points to conclusion that this is poorly developed page and not at all care about clients in mind. Furthermore, customer support is NON EXISTENT - and if called they blame "you" for all issues that exist on THEIR page.
IF POSSIBLE, I advise You all to seriously avoid this site.
Returns are NOT possible, I have had fee and still di dnot get the money I paid to them and I had to shi to them item that I purchased and I "will get money if the item is not opened and not used" ... - how can I "NOT OPEN" the shoe I ordered to see if the number is OK ... I ordered 40.5 size and I got 43 ... because - as the "help" or "customer support" told me that I "ordered 40.5 adn that is as same as 43 in that soecific mark ... and me being 40.5 should have no porblem using it" - obviously I can NOT "not have problem" wearing 2 sizes bigger shoes ...

Užasno iskustvo. Nakon 7 dana, i preko 300€ potrošenih, korisnička služba ne može locirati pošiljku niti je uopće poslana.
Zaobilaziti u širokom luku!
Terrible experience. 7 days alter, paying over 300€ -- parcel hasn't even been picked up.

Awful experience
Awful experience, wouldn't recommend.
Bought Adidas slippers and paid right away, expected delivery in 2-3 days as stated on the website. In two days i got an email saying it would be late a few days. Two more days passed and i get an email stating order is canceled. I wrote an email wanting some explanation—which I never got. One more day passed and I got another automatic email saying I'll get a refund in 5 days. So all in all a HUGE waste of time. Left me totally confused as to what happened with the money i sent, Customer service is awful.

Worst online shopping ever!
I have bought shoes for my son and after few days received a pair of torn shoes (on the seam). I have requested replacement for new pair, however got response that this is not possible, but that I should return shoes, and after I receive refund, I should place a new order. I have done exactly as told, however after few days received exactly the same torn pair of shoes. So not only that they continued selling returned torn shoes, but they sell them to same customer again!
Edit: e-Cipele, your reply that you offered many solutions is lie! You have not offered me anything acceptable for customer, but just for you. You may be ashamed.

Ecipele has the most high-quality products and the biggest offer. Also costumer service is the best. Delivery came fast. Shoes are comfortable and same as on the picture. Good job!
