Very helpful. I’m very dyslexic so I really struggled with all the pages and the reading I feel as though I read it all but didn’t understand much of it.. I’d rather go by watching a video. If this is anything you can do please let me know.

Paper based to on line
We were gutted when you stopped doing paper based training. However, your support has been amazing and all the staff adapted well to this change.
We love it, it’s easy to fit it in where we have a possible gap.
Thank you, we love the 43 courses. Staff have done the mandatory ones and I’ve now given them full access to all courses.

Personally I preferred the old format
Personally I preferred the old format, two things in particular I don’t like are the pause & rewind ~ it’s slow to respond & wastes time. Also I noticed on a couple of my questions at the end a word or two was missing which meant I answered a question wrongly as without the last word”liable “ the question didn’t make sense.

I’m sorry to hear that you found the pause and rewind feature slow and that some of the questions were unclear or missing words. I have noted this and passed it on to our product team so we can review and improve.
For your reference, the old format/manual learning option is still available on the LMS. Once you have selected a study course, you will see the option to download the manual at the top right of the page. This way, you can continue your training in the format that works best for you.

Monotonous and boring
This is the worst on line training I’ve ever done - long winded monotonous and boring - just lots of legislation dates and dry facts The questions are not always clear and in a couple of cases the answers were incorrect.
Does not inspire me to spend an hour out of my life that I won’t get back
This is my second year doing this training and it doesn’t get any better
