Free at last from my Timeshare that has been a burden for years on my health.
Steven John was able to calmly guide me through the barriers that the Timeshare company would keep presenting. I think I would of lost my mind without his calming advice.

I contacted ECC after being scamed by 2 other comapanies. Fortunately I managed to get my money back via section 75 of the Credit Card Act. I carried out further research on other Comanies and was impressed with the ECC website and eventually signed a contract with them. Steven John handled my case, and although Diamond continued to reject our claim, Steven nevertheless persevered and my Membership with Diamond has now been cancelled. Thank you Steven and all other members of the ECC Team

Great service after 3 years I finally got the news yesterday that I had been released from my diamond resorts timeshare membership thank you for all your hard work in the background to get me out I thought it was never going to happen 5 stars for you this has taken a lot of stress of my shoulders so thank you again for all your hard work.

All departments were involved with the cancellation of our timeshare company. At each stage we were advised of the situation, our thanks go from Ridha Feriani to Steven John there are very many people in between too many to mention but we have been very impressed with the companies help with the timeshare cancellation. If you are looking for guidance in this, use these guys!

After being scammed by Newgate Legal of £5000 (they pretended to go into liquidation after they took our money) to get us out of our RCI / Holiday Club time share, we were contacted by ECC and was very sceptical about throwing another amount of money to get us out of our contract, but we went with. We have now received our letter confirming we no longer own the timeshare. Steven John was very helpful, there was no frills in his language, he just told us what to fill in on the forms etc. and guided us when necessary.
Thank you Steven and the rest of team at ECC. It’s now a weight off our shoulders and pocket.

Zelf ben ik bijna 2 maanden bezig geweest met een Duitse webshop om mijn geld terug te krijgen. Dit lukte niet en ik werd aan het lijntje gehouden met vage beloftes. Vervolgens heb ik ECC gemaild en binnen anderhalve week had ik mijn geld terug. Ontzettend vriendelijke, capabele mensen en fijne communicatie. Dank ECC!

From the initial consultation to receiving the relinquishment confirmation from my resort only took a couple of weeks.

Steven has sorted this quickly and efficiently. To be fair he said he would and I had reservations but he delivered and sorted the situation without fuss. We were floundering a little after far too long in various ECC departments but he picked it up and sorted it quickly - I strongly recommend you ask to deal with him.

We had 4 different timeshares, 3 in the USA and I in Europe.
We tried different ways of ending these without success.
ECC have been excellent in dealing with each in turn with a sucessful outcome in each case. Always there to guide with immediate responses to questions or queries we would thoroughly recommend this compnay to anyone who might find themselves in a similar situation to ourselves.

Like many others we weren’t sure if ECC could help confirm we no longer were owners of a timeshare. The closure had dragged on for almost 9 years. Michael Carey helped reassure us and took us through the process. Then Steven John worked his magic and we received confirmation today that we are definitely not owners anymore. Thank you for expediting this - such relief.

money paid, NO ACTION ECC and M1 Legal working in cahoots
We also were in contact with ECC to solve the CLC issue, we paid a large sum of money for M1 Legal to conduct court hearings etc etc, it appears they sent the details to the UK for the receiver who is dealing with the collapse of CLC, and have done no work as was advised for the fee. They also sold us the service AFTER the date when it was not possible to use the commercial court they promised to use. We also have been waiting years with no updates or action dispite promises. I would be interested if we can form a group for a denouncia or legal action against this scam.
The reply from ECC speaks volumes....... Not only do I have the contract with them, ECC phoned me after their below reply..

The agreement is in the names of husband and wife so shouldn’t have required “detective work” as an existing client with an ongoing case. We were offered a video call only, only after we suggested attending the offices was it considered….The agent did not know we were in Spain dispite our agreement having our Spanish address on so it may represent the level of care towards clients trying to use their services.
