Superbe expérience d'achat et montre d'exception !
J'ai commandé une Hublot Classic Fusion. Au départ, j'étais assez réticent par crainte de tomber sur une arnaque. Cependant, après quelques recherches et avoir constaté qu'ils étaient également présents et certifiés sur Chrono24, j'ai été pleinement rassuré.
Il ne m'a pas été simple de sauter le pas pour le paiement et de leur accorder ma confiance, mais la montre est bien arrivée et elle est tout simplement magnifique. J'avais également peur qu'il s'agisse d'une contrefaçon, mais la montre s'est enregistrée sans aucun problème auprès de la maison Hublot : c'est bel et bien une vraie.
Je ne peux que recommander leurs services ! L'équipe s'est montrée disponible et réactive tout au long du processus. C'est une excellente expérience et je n'hésiterai pas à repasser commande chez eux. Merci !

Quick, friendly and professional communication before and during the order process. The Omega watch arrived earlier than expected! At arrival the Aqua Terra looked exactly as described: entirely new, untouched and with original manufacturer warranty (5 years). I can recommend Ebisu to every watch enthusiast!

"Hervorragender Händler mit vorbildlichem Kundenservice! Die Omega FOIS kam exzellent verpackt und optisch in einem absolut perfekten Zustand (Full Set) bei mir in der Schweiz an.
Leider stellte ich nach dem Auspacken fest, dass die Chronographen-Funktion mechanisch hakte. Ich habe den Händler daraufhin kontaktiert und war von der Reaktion begeistert: Er hat sich sofort entschuldigt und mir anstandslos angeboten, die Uhr gegen ein absolut neues Exemplar umzutauschen!
Da die mitgelieferte Omega-Garantiekarte jedoch zu 100 % korrekt gestempelt und gültig war, habe ich mich letztendlich entschieden, die Uhr einfach hier vor Ort bei meinem Omega-Konzessionär auf Garantie reparieren zu lassen.
Trotz des anfänglichen Defekts gebe ich volle 5 Sterne. Einen so unkomplizierten, kulanten und professionellen Umgang mit Reklamationen findet man selten. Absolut vertrauenswürdig und sehr zu empfehlen!"
