Excellent experience of selling our house…
Our experience of selling our house through Eazi Real Estate was excellent and effortless. Our agent, Celia Clark, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She provided excellent advice and was a pleasure to deal with at every point. The photographer who photographed our property was also excellent and took his time to ensure he showcased the property’s best features. The online platform is great - having full transparency of offers made is an advantage both to the seller and potential buyers. We sold for full asking price within a matter of days of our property being listed.

As the Seller, I Was Left Unsupported and Out of Pocket
I was unfortunately asked to remove my long-term tenant to allow the buyer access to the property by the expected transfer date of April 30th. Although my tenant had difficulty finding alternative accommodation, we made arrangements and moved out based on the understanding that, if the transfer wasn't completed by then, occupational rent would be charged— which made sense, as the buyer would not be continuing their lease.
However, the buyer later chose to extend their lease, but I was not informed of this by Eazi, who are managing the sale. As a result, I had already asked my tenant to vacate the property, leaving it empty and generating no rental income. Now, 13 days into May, the transfer still hasn't gone through, and no one is willing to pay rent/loss income—despite the fact that either my tenant or the buyer could have been using the property.
This has been a disappointing and frustrating experience. I regret having to write this review, especially since the buyer has been supported throughout the process. As the seller—and the one paying the sales commission—I feel I have not been given the same level of support.
Therefore regrettably use the service if you are a buyer but not a seller.

Nicholus Eazi Agent
Their agent, Nicholus (Goodwood), constantly followed up, even when i was renovating the property. I wanted to keep the apartment open to many Agents, but chose to go solely with Eazi, due to the great focus by Nicholus. I was reaffirmed of this decision, when he sold the property in less than a month and very close to asking. He also went over and above to ensure the offer went through, after secured.
