I recently sold my Flat through Eazi Real Estate & Nicholus was my agent a true professional. Thanks a mill for our exceptional service Nicholus. I truly appreciate your professionalism, expertise & your guidance were invaluable throughout the entire process. 💕

On registration, and at key handover, the property I bought was not vacant. I was not informed of tis prior to my arrival, and at key handover, the Eazi agent left me to negotiate the period for them to move all their items out of the house. This was not only unprofessional, but done in bad taste. The sellers eventually vacated the property 2 days after registration.

I should have been informed early enough of this as to plan my logistics, as the delay of 2 days had a terrible knock on effect. Eazi did not keep me informed, and there was enough time, had their approach been more professional.

I've sold a previous property through Eazi, and had a far better experience. But I think as the buyer, I was unduly prejudiced and their concern seemed only to be with their client, the seller.

The name Eazi is a understatement...they make you feel at ease. We had our fair share of agents and it was not this experience but bad ones.Eazi team gave us hope and they made us believe there is a light at the end of our long tunnel. The Eazi team was incredible they got us through the process in less than a month. Amazing bunch Charmaine we met once and from there it was digital. They provide indepth information of the journey we about to embark. Buying home is emotional , thanks to the amazing Eazi team we have a home and all hope was restored. It truly was easy and also a pleasure dealing with Eazi Real Estate and their agent Celia Clarke. I can highly recommend them for the selling of property. From the first contact i had with Eazi and Celia, and throughout the valuation, sale and transfer process of my house even to the handover to the new owner, I was set at ease and felt confident in their handling of matters. Celia consistently provided quality professional assistance and advice in a friendly empathetic manner and kept me updated and informed as needed throughout the whole process which I greatly appreciated.
