What a tremendous company on Eaton homes improvement, i was about to order my bi-fold doors from a third party company in cannock but they went into liquidation.

But i got the number from my sister-in-law for Eaton Homes Improvement for a quotation, and was talking to Emma who is a real asset for the company she is a lovely approachable colleague who made everything flow from start to finish.

Emma then arrange a booking with Mo to start the process for the survey and installation followed by the Anthony (fitter) who came to do a final measurement prior to ordering the doors i was told that it would take around 5 to 6 weeks to order the doors and they always inform me for any delays.

Once the doors has arrived they got in touch with me of when it would be suitable for the installation date which is a real bonus.

Ps: Emma you are a real asset for Eaton Homes Improvement well done and give up the good work.

I've currently placed an order to get all my windows and doors replaced.

I was initially impressed by Mo's suggestion who came and answered all my queries exceptionally well. I could tell straight away he was honest, straightforward and very helpful with any query I had. I recently had a break in and had to replace my back French doors. Due to the current energy bills going up! I decided to replace all my windows and upgrade the security of my front door too, to help offset any future costs and make the house a bit more eco friendly with A rated doors and Windows.

The sales rep Mo seemed very empathetic and did his best on the price and took his time to give me all the options. I got the impression he is an upright man and actually is trying to help rather than upsell etc.

The surveyor (Matty) came on time and was polite, respectful and conducted all his measurements etc in no time.

I now can't wait for the installation and I will be recommending this company to any friends and family who are looking to replace their windows and doors.

If I could give them 6 stars, I'd give them that with pleasure in terms of my experience so far :)

We have 7 windows installed by Eaton for our new home recently. Emma has been very patient and approachable throughout the process. The team also accommodated our schedule for pre-installation review and even carried out the installation on a Sunday.
The windows are sturdy, covered by 15 years warranty, and we are in the process of arranging post-installation survey from FENSA. The price is reasonable and competitive too.

The only reason we are unable to give 5 stars is due to the standard of cleanliness during installation. Old, dusty and used dust sheets were used to cover our new carpets and no new dust sheets brought for our mattress. It was explained that the company has policy that dust sheets can be used for two projects as the installation work is not too dusty, which we don’t agree as it involves sawing and drilling work, lots of dust produced during the process. The dust sheet is also clearly very dusty and not cleaned (with stains mark) - we doubt it has only be used once.

We can see the team strive to provide the best service so we sincerely hope the policy can be reviewed and avoided in the future.

Excellent aftercare service.

Twice now we have had to contact Eaton, once when the windows were first fitted and one of the clips had slightly moved and the window, with heavy snow had let some water in …. The team came round the very next day and sorted it instantly. We have had No trouble every since on that one.

We recently 18 months - 2 years on, had a small problem with the bathroom window, where the mechanisms didn’t seem to be engaging.

We contacted Mo and he called back, we did a video call so he could see the issue and within a couple of days he had arranged for Matty to come round and he replaced it within 15 minutes bless him and it is like new again.

It’s good to know warranty is in place and quickly acted on.

I think they really do shine as a company. As it is when things go wrong, when you need them most that you need them to step up as a company In our experiences with Eaton, they definitely do this, and it gives you so much confidence in them which is why I would recommend them.

As always they have provided a fast, efficient, reliable, helpful and professional service to which we are very grateful. Thanks again guys

Excellent service from start to finish.

Mo called to the house and offered some excellent suggestions as to what we could have done and how best it would suit the back of the house.
Great guy, very knowledgeable and professional and nothing was too much bother for him.

Emma in the office was so efficient and professional and kept in touch every step of the way from the start of the process to when the job was completed.
If there were any questions that we had whilst the job was being done all I needed to do was pick up the phone and she would answer.

Matty the installer was great, nothing was too much trouble for him and he was both professional and very polite.

I would recommend anyone to use Eaton Home Improvements and if we require any further work we will be making sure to use them again

Extremely impressed with the installation and service from Eaton home improvements. Fast and friendly response that helped walk me through my options. I had just moved in to my new home so I wanted to update quite a bit, I ended up getting 5 windows done, velux skylights, bifold doors and a front double door that complimented my home really well and put my vision into perspective. Great service would definitely recommend!

Eaton have recently completed the installation of new doors and window for our house and we were really impressed by their attentiveness to customer requirements, excellent workmanship and work ethic.

Rang up about a slight problem with my door that I have had fitted for 9 months they came the next day to service my door and fixed the problem straight away! Would highly recommend this company to others :)

I reached out to Eaton and was given by far the cheapest quote I could find, they came out and fitted my double glazed doors within a week and I am impressed by the quality of fitting , my kids were causing havoc during the fitting but they were still very polite and they ensured to fit the doors with the best quality !

Extremely happy with the service delivered by Eaton home improvements today. My front door has been fitted beautifully with 2 side windows and has been designed exactly as requested. It took about 2 wks for my door to come from order. Straight forward company - no quibbles. Fantastic quality windows. Would definitely recommend.

I got my new property installed with windows & doors. The fitting & quality was amazing!

I reached out to both Everest & Eaton, for a quote to replace 4 windows & the front door when I was in the process of buying my new house.
Everest basically told me to come back to them when the sale was complete & were neither friendly nor interested in my business. Emma at Eaton, however, was so amazing & helpful. Since I didn't have easy access to the property, she asked me to send her the photos of the windows I wanted to replace. With just that information, she gave me an initial quote, all the while telling me why certain upgrades were not suitable/necessary in my situation (instead of trying to upsell me!) and giving me patient & clear guidance on my options.

Once I moved, she had an appointment booked in for me for measurements & sent chocolates as a housewarming present, with the gentlemen who came to measure the windows and door! The initial quotes with the photographs were spot on & didn't change after the measurements were done in person.

The guys who came to do the measurements were super lovely too, shout out to Mo & Anthony!

Throughout the very stressful process of buying a house, moving & organising everything one needs for a new home, Emma & Eaton have been by far the easiest & least stressful part of the entire process.

My windows and door will be installed in the next couple of weeks & I will post an update for the actual materials, but I am so damn thrilled with the service I've received that I wanted to leave a review for that aspect now.

**Follow-Up Review on Eaton's Installation and Post-Installation Service**

It's been a few weeks since my initial review and as promised, I'm back with an update!

First off, the installation of the windows and door went phenomenally well. Anthony, who had previously taken the measurements, and his brother came around for the installation and did an impeccable job. True professionals, they worked meticulously and efficiently, ensuring everything was fitted perfectly and left the place spotless.

The quality of the windows and door from Eaton surpassed my expectations. The design, sturdiness, and finish made my house feel instantly upgraded. But the materials weren't the only star of the show. The service I've received post-installation has continued in the same excellent vein.

I had a couple of questions post-installation and reached out to Emma at Eaton. True to form, she responded promptly and provided clear guidance, ensuring I was completely satisfied. It's evident that their commitment to customer satisfaction doesn't just end once the product is installed.

Choosing Eaton has been one of the best decisions I made in the entire home-buying process. From the first inquiry to post-installation, every interaction has been marked by professionalism, warmth, and genuine care.

To anyone in need of home upgrades, I couldn't recommend Eaton and Emma's team more highly. They truly go above and beyond for their customers!

High standard quality works carried out to our 4 bedroom semi detached.

We saw eaton home improvements on trust pilot reading up on reviews just like this. Thank you to the Eaton trust pilot community for leaving the reviews because it was the best decision we made.
The works carried out….2 bay windows….We first got our windows done to the front, then the back and finally changed the front door which we dreaded to change the most because of the rendering. Eaton Home Improvements exceeded our expectations. The two fitters mark and Simon also father and son worked very hard and to a high standard.
You can tell from afar and near up the quality of the windows and doors. The handles feel and work smoothly. We tried out some of the opening and cleaning ways with Mark and feel excited to use them for the opening up to the summer.
My rendering was barely disturbed due to the fitting co ordination and due care. We are Extremely relieved and happy. Special thanks to Emma for coordinating the process and to Mo for being on site as requested for our fit.

I had double glazing, patio doors and a composite door for the down stairs of my house installed from Eaton. They were by far the cheapest quote I could find, and the job was done quickly and to a good standard. They answered all of my questions and checked up on how I felt throughout. I would definitely recommend them, and I will be using them again in the future for my upstairs windows.

Our project was large a one. Old timber to new upvc keeping to the character and glass requirements. From the start we were very impressed with Eaton - their customer service and support far above any other works I had done. I would recommend Eaton Home Improvements for the time they gave in re assuring and making the changes we wanted. The quality of our windows is brilliant with more welcomed light now flooding the house and kitchen.

This company installed a composite door and window above door (New frame and top light) as the old one was upvc over 20 years old. I had a bedroom window fitted by the same company so placed an order for the front door. Eaton home improvements kept to promises
and pricing quoted to me. Mo the surveyor did an excellent job of explaining the different types of door available and also made me of aware of some the challenges they can face when installing new door in older properties.
The old upvc door was not installed very well so the plaster above door was coming off and strange noises would be heard on windy days.
I specifically asked for Matt the installer to install the new door as he did a brilliant job last time on the bedroom window. Matt did an awesome job fitting the composite door and went through some issues he found and fixed example broken plaster above door. The whole experience was great and my family are very happy with new door which is secure and modern
Matt explained how to open and close the door. Cleaned up the rubble and took away the old door and frame. I plan to have further work done by Eaton as they are reliable, stick to timescales and prices quoted. The workmanship is excellent as they take pride in their work. Fensa certified company who follow all the regulations and provide a 10 year guarantee.

I had windows fitted in my parents house as they were very dated. The service we got was outstanding from the first meeting to the very end.
Very friendly and efficient customer service from all the team.
We were kept in the loop with exactly what was going to be done and how the finished outcome would look like. Really happy with the service, timeframe of work done and results.

I had many quotes from some big companies that were too expensive and some local that couldn’t keep to the original design of my home or didn’t want to do the legwork. Luckily I came across this company through a comparative search. Eaton Home improvements responded immediately via email and phone.
This company kept to all their promises. All the timings were adhered to.
The end result was very impressive of my 20 windows and french doors. Everybody worked hard and delivered.
My windows and doors look beautiful. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Highlights-great workmanship, very accommodating- overall can do service. Great with my pet mongoose and dogs. Improvement point, fitting took 3 and a half days.
Maybe 4 fitters instead of 2 could have halved the fitting time. Didn’t matter to me working from home but might be important to you. Thank you Eaton Home Improvements.
