Every week we get a wonderful fresh delivery, never dissapointed and customer service is always 5***** thanks!!!

We have been receiving weekly fruit orders at Sonova in Warrington over the last 6 month period.

We have received an excellent service from the initial set up, costings and through to receipt of the fruit.

The fruit has always arrived at the agreed times and we have been given excellent feedback from our employees on the timely deliveries and quality of the fruit each week.

We will continue to use this service in 2020 and hopefully beyond!

We are a small company in New Malden of around 50 people who have been using Eat Fruit for a few months now. We are really impressed with the quality of the fruit and also the timely delivery. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fruit supplier.

EatFruit are amazing! They have incredible customer service - they're super responsive by email & phone, quick to make the changes you need and they're really flexible. The fruit has gone down an absolute treat with my staff too. It's always fresh and packed well. We really appreciate the minimal plastic too.

We decided to get a Seasonal box and a Healthy Snack Box delivered each week. Fantastic quality of fruit and superb service. I am slowly moving the team from a diet of Wotsits and hobnobs to something far more healthy! Love Eatfruit's flexibility, their variety and their approach. Our delivery genuinely raises our Monday mornings, the only problem is it goes too quickly.

Our office has been receiving Eat Fruit's snack boxes for a few months now and they have been a massive hit! There's always something new and interesting each week and it creates a bit of excitement on a Monday.

Great, really fresh fruit, interesting selections each week. Delivery was always within a one hour window, and we were kept well informed before hand of when that would be. Rarely had any fruit that wasn't perfectly ripe, and it lasted well. Sadly had to end our subscription because of cost-cutting, but would like to return in future. Excellent customer service as well.

I couldn’t be happier with Eatfruit. My staff and I love the fruit selection that arrives each Monday.
They send a great variety of people’s favourites and some more unusual fruits that we’ve all enjoyed trying. It’s really good quality backed up by a reliable service.
I’d recommend that every work place uses them.

I ordered 1 Fruit Box and 1 Healthy Snack Box on 3rd September for delivery on 16th October for our Office Health & Wellbeing Day. We paid the extra £1 to have them delivered before 12pm.

On the day, it got to 12pm and I was getting nervous - so I contacted Customer Service and I was then told that my order had been missed off of Production (despite officially ordering and paying the invoice promptly). I said this was unacceptable, and that I wished to cancel the Fruit Box, as this was a one-off thing. The Healthy Snack Box I still needed as this was a Prize for someone as part of our Wellbeing Day. I was told that I would receive a 20% discount on the Healthy Snack Box for the inconvenience, and that this would be delivered to me the next day (17th October).

Next day, I receive another email stating that my replacement order was sent to the wrong Customer! Absolutely awful service, considering they had messed up once already! I was then told that my order would not make it until Monday 21st October, and that we would receive a full refund on the Invoice that we had paid back in September.

Totally unacceptable 'service' - I will never use them again.
