Additionally, we provide Skype and call-back services to ensure you can always reach us conveniently. In fact, we notice from our records that your first point of contact with us was through a phone call, which we’re pleased to have been able to assist you with.
We would also like to highlight that, as part of our company policy, we ensure all communications are documented via email after any phone contact. We would like to clarify that our advance payment policy, including its non-refundable nature, is a standard practice in the vacation rental industry. This policy is designed to balance the needs of both our guests and the property owners we work with. When you make a booking, we secure the property for your exclusive use, often at the expense of turning away other potential guests. Additionally, we are contractually obligated to compensate property owners in the event of cancellations, which is another reason why we are unable to offer refunds for advance payments.
Our goal is always to ensure a smooth and transparent booking process while helping our guests find the vacation rentals of their dreams. At the same time, we strive to protect the interests of property owners who rely on these bookings for their livelihood. Short-notice cancellations can lead to significant losses for them, which is why this policy is in place.
