Geen enkele link in jullie emails doet het. Ik heb dan maar jullie App gedownload, maar die doet het ook niet. Ik wou even de details van mijn boeking checken en weten in welk dorp in Toscanie de villa ligt die ik geboekt en betaald heb, maar geen enkele mogelijkheid. Ik ben er nu al een half uur mee bezig en ik vind dit alles erg frustrerend.

Het spijt ons zeer dat u dit probleem had met inloggen en dat dit een frustrerende ervaring voor u was.
Zoals onze klantenservice je rechtstreeks via e-mail en telefoon heeft uitgelegd, is dit probleem ontstaan doordat de speciale 24-uurslink die ons team je direct heeft verstrekt, pas dagen later werd geopend en daardoor niet meer werkte. Omdat we niets van je hoorden, gingen we ervan uit dat alles in orde was en konden we je niet verder helpen zoals we hadden gewild.
We zijn erg blij dat we u hebben kunnen helpen en het probleem hebben kunnen oplossen en hopen dat u uw beoordeling kunt bijwerken of een nieuwe beoordeling kunt achterlaten, zoals u in onze correspondentie heeft voorgesteld.

De communicatie verliep prima. Maar wat ik niet juist vind, is dat er een verplichte annuleringsverzekering bij de prijs inbegrepen is, die ook nog eens geen goede voorwaarden heeft. Ik heb een doorlopende reisverzekering met annuleringsverzekering, dus ik betaal dubbel.

We begrijpen je standpunt over de annuleringsverzekering volledig, vooral omdat je al een eigen verzekering hebt. Sommige accommodaties in ons aanbod bieden tarieven zonder verzekering, terwijl andere — zoals deze — deze als verplicht onderdeel van de boeking opnemen. Dit is gebaseerd op de contractuele afspraken tussen de eigenaar van de accommodatie, ons bedrijf en de verzekeringsmaatschappij.
Omdat deze voorwaarden in die overeenkomsten zijn vastgelegd, kunnen we de verzekering niet voor individuele boekingen verwijderen. Het is de bedoeling om ervoor te zorgen dat elke gast die met die accommodatie verbonden is, bescherming geniet. Door deze dekking op meerdere accommodaties toe te passen, kunnen we ook gunstigere totaalprijzen hanteren, waardoor de bescherming voor alle betrokkenen redelijk toegankelijk blijft.

my booking was cancelled after a few days. we had also looked at other apartments, which had in the meantime been rented by others.
