Bought a mea 1 chai drive kit from these on 22.6.24 only want the split link but have to take full conversion kit spoke to a guy called Haden who after speaking with nice I informed him that would need replacement under warranty after 1 hour not received a call over the replacement best bet buy direct from nice then you can deal direct as I have had to deal with EasyGates although it is a nice product they don’t even phone you back and other sales staff are unable to help as Hayden was dealing with it pointless

We completely understand your frustration regarding the delay in communication and the need for only a specific part from the kit. Our kits are supplied as full conversion sets, but we do understand this isn’t always ideal for every customer.
Regarding the warranty replacement and call back from Haden—we apologise for the delay. It’s certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We’ve followed this up internally and will ensure you receive a resolution promptly in the future if were to have any issues.
