Disappointing experience
Placed an order for a product that was showing as in stock on the website. However I was sent a completely different (cheaper cost) product that I never asked for.
They tried to blag me that it was the latest and greatest version of the product but I had to explain that it was a completely different technology stack and not suitable for the application.
Wouldn't refund me until I returned the product I never asked for in the first place, while the original product was still showing as in stock on the website!
After two days still hadn't got a refund so had to chase up and advise I would raise a dispute. Took another three days until I got a full refund.

Receiving an incorrect item, especially one that doesn’t meet your technical requirements is understandably frustrating. We also regret that our initial explanation and handling of the situation didn’t meet your expectations, and we accept full responsibility for that.
While we do require items to be returned before issuing refunds as part of our standard process, we appreciate that in this case the situation was mishandled and should have been dealt with far more efficiently. We've fed this back to the team to ensure this doesn't happen again.
