The company sent the wrong item
The company sent the wrong item, though it did arrive promptly.
They then offered a full refund and provided a return label. A this point I thought the issue was resolved, and promptly returned all the goods
Now I find they have refunded less than I paid them, so back on the computer again to deal with teir second error.
