Bought a Refund Protection but there's no CHANGE DATE OPTION
I was complying, changing just the DATE of my travel but they message at whatsapp that it can't change. FROM THEIR FAQ, you can request a change of DEPARTURE as long as SAME COACH.
The one I bought was SGD 58*3 (SGD 174)and the one that I am availing is much cheaper SGD 49.00*3 (SGD 147), I am willing not to receive the excess/change from the tickets. WE only just want to CHANGE our DEPARTURE DATE.
Their Customer Support @Whatsapp is just a BOT, not a LIVE chat agent. 9am-10pm service, I was messaging @12pm, they were saying AGENTs were away.
I want to promote EASYBOOK via Pinterest, IG, Tiktok because of the cheaper bus tickets but after experiencing this....

Booked a return bus ticket from KL to SG in this app, Was informed by the service provider (Billion Stars) via Whatsapp that the scheduled bus was cancelled the night before our departure. Booked another bus ticket from them again with no other options. The bus somehow didn't came and there's no counter or staff to speak too. Seek Easybook customer service via Whatsapp for help and ZERO assistance given. Was left stranded in KL like a fool as they simply ignore your messages and expecting us to settle by our own. Wrote in to them using their customer service feedback option, No response to them too. Thank you for ruining our trip and NO to EASYBOOK Again....

Why is there a 1star rating?This is a disastrous and scam company. Who is the CEO? Sleeping? The whole management must be sack immediately for causing distress to the public. A simple ticket booking app can go so wrong. Complete waste of time

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I bought to bus tickets, but when the payment was about to be confirmed, their system crashed… I waited for 30 minutes but didn’t recieve a receipt or confirmation-email. I then bought two other tickets where i instantly got the receipt for the tickets. Apparently this absolute shithouse of a company withdrew money for both of the bookings even though i never got any tickets for the first payment…. The company was rude to me when i politely afsked to get my money back, but they refused…. I could never recommend any to buy from this company - not even my worst enemy.

DO NOT BUY refundable ticket @easybook.com. The refund is only valid with many conditions despite advertising that they can refund without any conditions until 2 hrs before departure. This is not true . The company is unresponsive despite sending multiple emails to them. I had a recent worst experience dealing with them and up to today they still refuse to honour the company’s 100% protection refund . Do not purchase any tickets from Easybook.

be careful to buy refundable ticket @easybook.com, refund only valid with certain conditions. If we change plan due to something that was unforeseen before they will not refund, already sent email but no respond. R*db*s is preferrable they can refund without any conditions until 2 hrs before departure and the refund process only took a couple of days, CS is responsive
Update:
After this complain I did get a "refund" in the form of credit note in Easy wallet to be used for future bookings.

Payment for booking successfully deducted..But status purchase of train ticket from JB to SG still pending after more than 48 hrs..Only can send wats app to report..I cant even book new tickets via KTM ORIGINAL PAGE BECAUSE STATUS DOUBLE BOOKING..INSTEAD I HAVE TO MAKE MY WAY TO KTM TICKET COUNTER AT WOODLANDS CHECKPOINT FOR PURCHASE..DO NOT USE EASYTICKET FOR TRAIN BOOKING..AT YOUR OWN RISK..

I will keep giving 1 star until someone from Easybook look into my easybook wallet withdrawal is successfully withdrawn. It’s truly disgusted that previous response promise to follow up but it’s just empty promises. Nothing has been done so far. If this continues, i will make police report on easybook attempts to scam people’s money.

This company has very poor management.
First of all, when you email them about certain issues, they send back a templated reply saying as following: "Thanks for your email. We're currently experiencing high volume of enquiries & are working hard to respond to each one as quickly as possible"
But it has been 24 hours since this email, and no one is responding. Working hard or sleeping hard?
Even their so called chat is also a templated answer of similiar content as above.
When nothing goes wrong, all is good. When something goes wrong, all hell will break loose.

City line travels
"I booked a bus (City line)from KL to Singapore with my family and friends on 14 Nov2023, including children and an infant. The staff member named Julie was incredibly rude and unfriendly, making our trip and day very unpleasant. She was disrespectful and kept giving orders throughout the journey.
When the infant was eating, she said, 'Don't let the kid throw things on the floor.' However, when my kid was eating a curry puff, small pieces scattered. Julie came and asked, 'Who threw these things?' We admitted it and offered to clean, but she ordered us to 'clean the floor now' or else the bus wouldn't start, which was unprofessional.
My 4-year-old got scared by her approach and said, 'Sorry, mommy, because of me, you have to go through this in front of everyone,' which was heartbreaking. Even though we cleaned, she also asked us to dispose of other items (used masks, half-empty coke bottles) that were already there when we boarded.
From now on, I won't choose this travel service, and I won't recommend it to any of my friends. One staff member has worsened my view of the entire company. Despite other positive aspects, the overall experience was not good, and I won't book with this travel service again."

Due to a connection/system issue on THEIR end. I did not receive my ticket in time to board the bus, so i ended up buying another ticket but lo and behold they said they cannot refund the money due to it being my mistake? HOw is it my mistake when the ticket wasnt even sent to me. I called the line but no one answer- i whatsapped but to no avail. So how is it my fault. You can clearly see a new ticket was bought so i did use your service, why cant a gesture of goodwill be applied here? Ohhh yes, is there any goodwill in this company? probably not based on all the reviews here.

Diabolical SCAM of a company. No stars is correct for these people.
I would advise never to book through this company.
If you do use them don’t bother getting the insurance as they will not honour it.
I hope somebody with authority can close this company down.

Their "100% refund guarantee" is a scam. You pay extra for it, then they don't honor when you have a claim. In the small print it says you need to prove you made another booking in place of the old one. I even did that. Only got an automated email saying "refund rejected". No explanation why.
update: after complaining I did get a "refund". But it is NOT an actual refund. It is a credit note that can be used for future bookings. Don't call it a refund if you don't actually refund the money! A little more honesty will go a long way to improve your credibility...

They declined my refund but the non refunded ticket still not appear in the application. If the refund decline, they should give back the ticket to customer!! So I didn't get a refund and I don't have my ticket either. They just took my money like that without me getting anything! I want to report to KPDNHEP or consumer claim Tribunal seem many customers face situation like me.

If any of you are booking through EASYBOOK and opts for the "100% refund protection", please choose redbus instead XD
Apparently they sent me their PDF file containing evidences that I should attach together when requesting for refund (after about 4 days of not getting a reply after requesting for refund), I found the evidences to be attached are very illogical 🤣🤣🤣 everything seems very funny to me (I already gave up on the refund at this point) and was told by them that the "100% refund protection" is to provide customers with a "peace of mind" 🤣🤣🤣

I should've read the reviews first before booking through them. We paid extra for refundable tickets, but we never got a refund when we canceled our trip. We even provided a photo as proof but they were inconsiderate. It honestly felt like we were SCAMMED.

Rubbish, the ticket barcode doesnt come altogether, when I called them to give all the tickets, they respond very slowly. Then I just bought the new ones on the counter because they dont respond my request quickly!
