Worst experience I have ever experienced. I cannot believe this company still exists. The employers are terribly rude and slow with a severe lack of communication skills. We booked six tickets and only received five, though we had the bill which showed that we paid for six. Still, they did not let one of us pass and we had to run back to get an extra ticket. Also, they do not even have “@&&ing toilets.

This company is a scam , as payment made fully no confirmation made and they said amount to be refunded but i have 2 amount were not refunded. upon 3-4 weeks which we can forgotten about it . I have money in the wallet with this company and can’t even withdraw it.

We booked Leo City Coach because it seems very reliable as you can see all 5 star rating here . But it was a horror for us. Confirmed email time from Easybook was 8:30 and we were at Hotel boss coach parking area at 8 am. Upon reaching no Leo Bus and no tourist waiting , no sign whatsoever where to wait , everybody in the hotel from the valet to the receptionist we asked already and they have no idea of Leo City Bus or where is the waiting area. In the email sent no contact number to reach, we searched Google and check for Easybook contact number but no one answering. So imagine our worries piling up, I was with my husband and my son who were very excited for this trip. And then came 830 still no bus so we asked again , then finally someone from the Hotel told us if it's easybook then it should be at Lavander Station , so knowing it's our first time booking and it's already 830 maybe we need to go there maybe they change their pick up loc or it can pass by there if it will be coming from Hotel Boss. We really don't know what to do , no one was available to answer our calls and nobody can help us. We were at Lavander Station till 930 , so frustrated . We decided to just took the trains and find our own way. We emailed them and the only respond we got was according to them they came in around 850 because they have to wait for late passengers( I don't know if this is true ) I was like What! How ironic that we were early , you were late and late passengers boarded and we were left out. So what now ?! No compensation or whatsoever? What a waste of time energy and money because they said it cannot be refunded. Honestly even if you refunded it , it will not get close to the stress we had that day. Very unreliable and unprofessional , that is how they attend to complaints like this. I mean worst experience and a horror for any tourist .

Easybook gave a 4 out of 5 stars rating on Starmart Express Bus Services. However, on Google reviews and in the actual ratings by customers, Starmart was given uncountable 1 star ratings. So how does the Easybook platform still show that Starmart has a 4 star rating?
The price paid for a seat in a Starmart bus is more than 2 times the price of other coaches. As a consumer, one would choose Starmart based on the 4 star rating, massage chairs and WIFI but none of that was true. The Starmart bus was also late for 1 hour and stopped 30 minutes to refuel.
Easybook also didn't show that Starmart buses make multiple stops to drop off and pick up passengers, which adds at least 30 minutes to the overall trip time. This was not shown when the ticket was purchased, it was shown as if the Starmart bus is making a direct trip.
Had I booked from another operator, my journey from Melaka to KL would have taken 2 hours max. Instead, under Starmart the trip was supposed to start at 9.30pm, the bus was late and came at 10.30pm, refuelled for 30 minutes, stopped at Seremban to drop off and pick up more passengers and and finally reached TBS at 1.00AM. Kudos to Easybook and Starmart.

I booked for a bus (2 tickets) boarding number: XTMORUK7 to tbs on 5th July at 12.30 am. The bus Billion msg me through wats app at 10 plus pm saying that the timing delayed to 2 am without any reason or apology just a tq. What am i suppose to do when i had an appointment next morning. The bus came about 2.10 am. Then went on another 2 more places to take other passengers. Reach jb then change another bus. Left jb and move on at 3.30 am and reach tbs at 8.30 am. I will not book another Billion bus again. And for easybook, besides customers' booking you should be taking feedback seriously. Your 1 star review is over the top. Do not include a company whose services are lousy and dont care about customer service.

I recently booked a trip from Batam to Stulang, only to discover that the time slot selection on Easybook was not indicative of actual ticket availability. Despite the platform providing the illusion of choosing a specific time, it operates solely as a ticket sales service. Consequently, upon arriving at the counter to collect our tickets, we were informed that all tickets had been sold out, leaving us stranded on the island.

We made a booking with easybook.com for a bus from Lahad Datu to Semporna with Sentosa Express. The bus departure was more than three hours late. No information from the bus company....no information from easybook. We had to take another bus. Easybook.com didn't answer the enquiry, didn't refund the money....so don't book with easybook.com...it's a kind of rip off

On April 24, 2024 my booking failed and Easybook informed that refund will be processed in 4-5 weeks. But after waiting for over 1 month, no refund was processed. On May 27, 2024 I made an inquiry and informed again that it will take another 4-5 weeks to process the refund. Who knows what will it be after another month. I am not sure if there’s a refund by then. An UnEasy Booking experience.

You will never get 100% refund even if you paid for the 100% refund protection. Coach fare total SGD100. And i paid additional SGD8. When I want to withdraw from Easybook Wallet to my bank account, now it becomes SGD94.20. And the processing time is 1-2 months. How not to be pissed off? Easybook, please stop this nonsense.

Thank you for your horrible and worst trip gaven by your team to my family members. I bought 14 tickets in total from larkin JB to parit buntar(7) and bukit mertajam(7),dated 07.05.2024 for RM1060.00.
I bought the tickets from point to point, but what your team did was nightmare, they stop the bus at one of the R&R for an hour (3:00am-4:00am) but not sure which one. They shouted and wake all of your passenger to change the bus for their convenience to make the job easy. My family members were 3 senior citizens, 5 kids, 5 adults and 1 OKU. They force them to changed the bus at that time. The driver (indian) shout and say “faster we have to catch the trip”. This is how your team driver treat passenger. And the bus reached very late at the location around 11:30am. Funny thing is ticket showed that the bus will stop at the counter opposite of ananda bhawan at bukit mertajam, but the driver purposely stop near kamdar and drop them by road site and drive away. Anyways this will be my last business to you guys. If you guys have time take action on the drivers. The first bus number they couldn't take but this Bus number PQK3966 is after they changed.
To other passengers out there please take a safe precaution on supernice bus because we trust them to give least service but they didnt do it.

Boycott the One and Easybook, fell and fractured my ankle from the coach because the first/last step of the retractable stairs sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not, both the One and Easybook are not doing anything about it, the One doesn't reply both WhatsApp messages and e-mail and Easybook told me to bring it up to the One SG office because the MY office is not replying either, incurred $500 medical bill and loss of income because of this!!
After clearing the 2nd link JB custom, we are made to wait for half an hour for two unregistered passengers traveling to KL! Boycott!!

We reach at 7.30pm (30mins before departure time)
Waited for 1.30mins++!
We make message & tons of call to customer service!
Next day, get reply from Easy Book :
Cannot refund because bus 've reach at 9.15pm.
Ridiculously, we didnt get any notice of bus being delayed.
PLEASE MAKE REFUND !

We booked Billion Stars bus from Malaysia to Singapore throught Easybook and got a horrible experience. We were abandoned at the Malaysian immigration at Johor even though my family and I took only 5 minutes to 10 minutes max to clear immigration. Before we got off the bus to do immigration, the driver showed us a phone screen to take a photo of, without any English instructions. We got off after that and had to ask the people who were on the same bus where to wait for their pick up, but they never picked us up. So we were left at Johor in total confusion. After more than half an hour, we were told by the locals to catch a random bus to go across the border to Woodlands. We were on our own and had to figure out everything from there. What a not so good experience for my parents who were old and new to this country. Even Easybook customer service is a red flag, they put the blame on us by flatly saying we took more than 20 minutes for immigration so the bus couldn't wait, which was not true at all. Everybody should stay away from these companies.
*For some crooked reason on Easybook review section, I can't submit this review because I only give 1 star, so I am writing my review every where else.

Horrible experience. Destination stated was Hatten Hotel but end up to Sentral Station which was a 25 minutes driving distance from the stated destination.More interesting, the bus captain just casually replied "Just take Grab lah".
On return journey, the bus showed up for less than one minute and then drove off. No refund was made till today! Horrible!

Absolutely appalling experience! DO NOT use this service. Booked my tickets for bus travel online and payment was confirmed and received but never got anything further from their end. Had the hardest time getting in touch with customer care and follow up as none of their business lines were in service when I tried to call. Was made to go on a wild goose hunt to get someone to follow up. Easybook?! HAH! WAS ANYTHING BUT EASY.
Summary: Booked ticket online, payment went through as was shown on CC statement. Never received a follow up or confirmation from them as indicated would be done. Contacted them regarding ticket and travel. Was informed payment was not confirmed and refund would be processed in 4 to 5 weeks. This made no sense to me as they were contradicting themselves. Also, ridiculously long time to process a refund. In short, better off not using this booking platform.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. We booked a bus liner named Billion Stars. We expected a great bus with leather seats and was faced with disappointment during departure.
First, the wrong bus came which was clearly named Meteor travel and the conductors insisted that it was our bus, passengers who booked the same bus with us via easybook were complaining about it but there was a frequent passenger who told us that this is always the case so just let it be.
Second, seating option is pointless. When we went in the bus, other groups of people were seated on our assigned seats. Tried to complain to the conductor but he addressed a totally different issue inside the bus and never resolved our issue. We were lucky that there were available seats elsewhere.
