A dreadful company when things go wrong. I would NOT recommend

Terrible product and service. We ordered a premium bulb and they sent one worth 1/4 of the price without telling us. Customer service was really slow and offered no refund. I will never use again.

Just as all other reviews. I received email to acknowledge payment received on 16th July. Package finally received on 24th July. Ordered 2 X dimmable bulbs and received non dimmable which are a fraction of the price. After several weeks, finally got a reply from Callum who stated that they substituted the 'Bell' dimmable bulbs for normal 'Bell' bulbs as they were out of stock. A substitute would be for dimmable bulbs from a different brand! Callum also tried to defend the poor service by explaining that I should have called as they have too many emails. Yet no one ever answers when they are called! I posted the useless bulbs using the freepost label provided. After persistent chasing, refund finally received on 10th August.

I purchased Golf Ball 40w E14/SES 240v Philips Clear Light Bulb - 45mm × 100 and they sent me a completely different cheaper inferior brand. I then emailed them twice which they ignored and I am now having to issue a chargeback claim to recover my money as they do not want to engage with me about a return. 0 stars if possible, fraudulent waste of time.

UPDATE 18 June 2024. I’m updating my review as I’ve since received a full refund from this company. I’ve given them feedback and told them that they need to consider their reputation if they are a genuine business trying to grow.

ORIGINAL REVIEW - Like many people on here, I wish I had read the reviews before I made a purchase. Similar story, paid £27 and no goods received, no replies to emails. AVOID at all costs. Ive contacted BBC Watchdog to see if they can showcase this SCAM to avoid many others being caught out.

Placed an order and nothing arrived. Tried chasing and they never responded to emails or phone calls. Now in the process of trying to get my money back via my bank. Fraudsters.

I agree with the others here. Wish I’d checked them out first. Should be an opportunity to say no stars. I waited for my item for ages, finally, after chasing with no replies, got it shattered. I contracted the company many times now for a refund or replacement and they refuse to respond. Stay away!! I’ll now have to try to take my complaint somewhere else. What a waste of time and money!!!

what a waste of space this so called company are. never reply to any e-mails websales@ or sales@. I asked to return bulbs as they sent wrong ones. receipt states standard delivery 1-5 days, took them 10 days and at a cost to me £3:96, I have had items from China quicker than that, but what gets me the Royal Mail label stated 48hr delivery so they didn't post out for 8 days. I don't think they have ever heard of CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I would put no stars if possible.
This company has scammed my friend aged 93 years out of £26.40. Her order dated 29th February was acknowledged, payment was taken from her bank and NOTHING since!
She emailed the company on 10th March asking for an update....NO RESPONSE. With my help she emailed an official complaint asking for a refund of her payment on 21st March....NO RESPONSE.
I'm looking to see if Trading Standards or some other authority can intervene. It's not just the loss of the money and no light bulbs but the stress and upset this has caused to a frail elderly lady......SHAME ON YOU Easy Light Bulbs!

AVOID. SCAM. NO STARS. Fraudsters...I have been ripped off for £23.

Ordered 2 specialist bulbs on 28 January. Email confirmation then nothing...I have emailed since to ask what's happening. Nothing. Called but there is never any pick up. Wish I had looked at Trustpilot before ordering. Police should be informed.

Feels something is wrong. Order acknowledged and payment taken but no sign of delivery and no response to follow up e-mail. I used this company before and no problem but wish I had checked the current reviews before ordering.

Quick and easy to find the bulbs I was looking for, fast and efficient delivery. Really well packaged to prevent breakages. Great service and would use again. Really confused by all the bad reviews here, I had an order confirmation almost immediately after ordering and delivery was quick.

Very bad. Once ordered you get email confirmation, but thats as far as it goes. Goods not received, emails not replied to, no correspondence at all. I tried to cancel the order but no response. DO NOT buy anything from these guys, they are a scam website. Having to get refund from credit card company.

Absolutely shocking . Avoid and do not use this company. Not sure if it’s a scam or not but I ordered a light bulb to include postal costs . Credit Card was charged. Emails and forms completed following none receipt. No communication at all. Dispute lodged & credit card have credited back the money and raised a dispute .

Received the wrong order, clearly a cheaper version was sent. Compared to the bulb I originally ordered. Avoid

Just a follow up on my earlier February review.
I received an email informing me that my bulbs had been dispatched soon after my last review.
Bulbs received , they were securely packaged and all worked.
Today I received an email apologising for the late response to my email . They said they have been extremely busy .
Like most things , communication is key .
I’m pleased I’ve received my bulbs but they just need to improve on their communication and speed up deliveries .

Order bulbs £43 worth . No communication re dispatch . I emailed them but no response. I called them , left a message, no response. I wish I had seen the reviews on here before ordering. The reviews on their website must be written by themselves.
Please do not use these scammers .

It’s been over a month since I paid for my order of light bulbs from this company and I have yet to receive delivery, or any response to my numerous communications asking where my order is/when I can expect to receive it. Appalling. Don’t give them your money unless you’re prepared to throw money away.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and after numerous emails, I managed to get a reply via Instagram. I was told I’d be contacted within 24 hours. Instead, 2 days later I get a dispatch email!!!! Did they think I sat about for 3 weeks in the dark waiting for their bulbs?? AVOID AVOID AVOID
