We have wanted to invest in property for a long time but have been very cautious as the news is always carrying stories about the difficulties of being a landlord. We had not realised that a fully-managed option was how most investors chose to invest. This was all explained to us in great detail and we felt confident to exchange on our property.

Owen provided a great service and lots of very useful information that I would never have considered important without his guidance. His knowledge of his developments and their locations is encyclopedic and displayed the thoroughness of his company's due diligence. I was very reassured by his expertise.
