Shoes coming from China, not a UK site as suggested. Very small fitting and poor quality but cannot return as email address supplied to request a return bounces back. Scam, avoid.

Described as orthotic shoes and wide fit. Narrowest and worst quality shoes I’ve ever bought. When I complained I was told I had to pay for a return to china, or take £7. The shoes were over £40. Con con con

Misleading and a scam, you cannot refund your product unless the customer pays to China. The company implies their products are made in the UK hence delivered from within. The site in now down as I write this comment.
Appalling behaviour, taking money for people knowing that a refund is near impossible and to the customers expense. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Misleading website with sizes and no information on delivery shoes came and way too big as US sizes I was not able to return them without cost to myself to china they started to negotiate a refund starting with £4 advising perhaps I could gift them?!
Highly disappointing despite their pleasant responses but a flower emoji doesn’t equate to a refund I’m 50% down after having to accept half a refund with shoes fit for Bigfoot sorry but don’t shop here unless you are certain on the product and intend to keep or you will be out of pocket

Agree with other reviews here that this is a scam website. Do not buy from here! Needs to be taken off the internet. Poor quality shoes from China. Website says no risk buy - 30 day return no questions asked but this is not the case. You have to pay for return to China or receive a partial refund but you have to fight for that!

Absolutely rubbish shoes shipped from China taking 3 weeks, so practically outside the return date. They stink of that awful toxic plastic smell. You have to pay for a return. And falsely advertised as UK based business with address in Staffordshire. Annoyed I fell for it. Scammers. SHOP gave this company a veneer or authentication. I am highly suspect of that app now too.

Absolutely appalling quality, will do ANYTHING to not process a return/refund DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT UK BASED despite what the website looks like misleading information. Will be reporting to Trading Standards if they do not process the requested refund.

I bought 2 pairs of trainers both advertised as size 7 EU 42 ( EU size for 7 is 41). They arrived yesterday one pair I couldnt get on my feet the other pair only 1 trainer fit.
I emailed straight away & asked for a refund as you are unable to get through on the mobile number you are provided with as the mail box is full!!
I received a prompt response the next day to say they would give only a refund of £16 & for me to gift the trainers or to exchange them & that I would have pay £4.99 for shipment.
By offering a partial refund is forcing me to exchange the trainers which Im not wanting to do as they are obviously defective especially if the right & left shoe are totally different sizes.
I would avoid this company and use either Shein or Temu as you can buy the same trainers there for half the price & you would receive a full refund.

I ordered two pairs of sandals that unfortunately didn't fit me but I was impressed with the quality of the shoes, the price and the packaging. I emailed as instructed and had a swift reply with details of how to return. I was given excellent customer service, all my enquiries were dealt with in a very professional manner and helpful manner. I have received my refund and would order again in the future.

Do not buy they claim to be in Staffordshire and shipping exclusively in U.K. but they are based in China. Report them to Trading Standards as misleading you with false claims of being based in U.K. it’s the only tool we have to stop this.

This is not a UK company. It is an agent supplying products shipped directly from China. Once they have your money you are trapped - returning the shoes will cost as much or more than you paid in the first place. They put incorrect info in the ads e.g. 'orthotic' or 'walking' which the shoes most definitely aren't. I shall try to refer them to trading standards, but expect they'll rebrand and carry on regardless. DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM COMPANIES WITHOUT HONOURABLE RETURNS POLICIES.

Purchasing from a UK company selling Chinese goods was not my intention. This company is incredibly dishonest and the quality of the goods was shocking. When I requested a full refund I was told they had to be returned to China at my cost but offered me £8 compensation if I retained the sandals which are not fit for purpose.

Please don’t fall for buying anything from this company. It is the standard scam. The shoes are very poor quality and when you try and return, you discover the only option is to return to China at your own cost or accept a partial refund. In my case, this was less than half the price I paid. Just awful.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing....

Delivery time was very long, when shoes eventually arrived they were too big, when I asked to return them it took 3 or 4 emails to arrange and the I found out I had to pay for the return to China, the postage was almost the same as the cost of the shoes, never again will I deal with this lot

Shocking company bought sandals which took ages to arrive when they did the stitching was awful and were too loose I emailed for a refund 6 emails later with several offers of part refund and discounts and been told I would have to return them to China because that’s where they had to be sent from as the UK warehouse was under some sort of refurbishment ive given up please be aware of this company

Like the only other reviewer on here I also believed I was buying with confidence from a UK based company. I was also very diligent but there were at the time. No trustpilot reviews only reviews on their website. It was only after I got the tracking that I realise the goods were coming from China. I did write to the company as I had a note to say they had been delivered but they hadn’t been. They did eventually turn up after approximately two weeks. I must say they looked very similar to the picture and were comfortable and fitted however the material felt cheap and I think if I had bought them from another site they probably would’ve cost me at least one third of the price I would not recommend.

I bought sandals that were advertised as orthopaedic wide fit with soft arch support. They did not look like the picture. They have no arch support. When contacting I was offered another pair no refund. When I pointed out that I couldn’t wear them I received a message that the return address is china would be time consuming and I would need to pay for return (having paid for delivery) or they would give a partial refund of £8 less than 1/2 of what I paid
