Mollenhauer Denner (pear wood)

I am an experienced musician, but not a recorder player. I needed guidance to direct me to the types of alto recorders that I should be looking at. I had a lot of questions and all were answered clearly over a few phone calls. My final decision was to purchase a Mollenhauer Denner (pear wood). I am not disappointed. It is a lovely instrument and perfect for advancing my skills.

Pleasant experience with overseas delivery…

I havent ordered for overseas delivery very often. Not only did the items arrive in 9 days, I was kept well informed by the Royal Mail when it had arrived in the US, my area, was out for delivery, etc.

Delays and problematic administration

3 weeks after ordering and despite chasing, order not shipped. I've had to try and cancel order and find alternatives elsewhere. When I chased they tried to ship an order that I had placed 2 years ago. Clearly their administration is not as effective as their marketing. Really disappointed as I often liked to travel to shop there. I am now no longer able to travel to shop in person and guess I need a more reliable online sales experience.
