Excellent service. I must admit, I was a little dubious to order from a vendor I was not familiar with. I checked out the feedback on trustpilot and thought I would take the risk. Paid with my credit card (just in case). But there really was no need to worry at all. The price of the trainers were very competitive. We had to "pre-order" them as they were only released in January, but Eyaan sent us a message explaining everything to expect with "pre-ordering" and when to expect the trainers. The trainers arrived as he promised, on time. He even paid for next day shipping even though we only ordered with standard shipping. I will definitely recommend EARA. The shoes fit perfectly, but I'm confident that if they had not have done, the exchange process would have been equally as good an experience. Thanks so much to EARA.

Above all others by MILES!
I’ve always used resell companies to buy my trainers and I can honestly say these guys are hands down the best. I needed the trainers next day and had left it very late. They ensured the trainers came with special delivery before 1pm and my partner was over the moon.
Also so reasonably priced compared to other resellers.
Will 100% be using again. Roll on payday. 💫

We would first like to thank you for reaching out to us.
We pride ourselves to provide 5-star customer service to our clients. Thankfully we receive extremely few complaints as we investigate each incident thoroughly and care to learn where we failed our clients.
I have looked into the timelines of your order and found the following:
You purchased an item on the 29th of September, at 11.38pm (outside working hours),
Standard postage (indicates 2-4 working days delivery time) was opted for in the order,
We processed the order the following day (Thursday 30th),
We paid the additional postage fee for next day delivery as well as for tracking of the parcel,
The item was dispatched on the 1st Oct 2021,
By tracking we learnt that item was at your local depot on Saturday (2nd Oct) and was due to be delivered on the day, however, as you can see on the tracking (SE10209755XXXX) , you have requested Royal Mail to not deliver the item, and to hold it till Monday (4th).
As you can see from the above timelines, that we did our utmost best to deliver your order as fast as we could, even going beyond that which you requested for (as you selected standard, and we covered express delivery - in order to show customer satisfaction is our top priority).
Its pertinent to state that we are obsessed with our client's satisfaction. Hence the 1-star review on Trustpilot is extremely unfair and is not a true representation of our service.
As a token of our goodwill Gemma, we have offered you an exclusive £20 discount on your next purchase.
I trust the above said would clarify that we acted in a manner which was professional and did the best we could to fulfil the order as received.
