I was really happy with how reasonably priced my orthotics were, how easy they were to order on the website, how quickly they were delivered, and they are a fantastic product - 5 stars all around! Oh and they even sent a bar of chocolate with my order which was a really nice touch :-)
the company is a fraud and the given phone number and address do not belong to them . 23 heathfield , Milton Keynes is the address of a furniture company and the phone number is a mobile belonging to someone who has never heard of them. I have not received my goods and there is no reply to my emails.
I ordered some innersoles 2 pairs totalling to a cost £100.00. A few days later I looked back to check on delivery to find 10 mins after my order was cancelled and stating I'd cancelled it. I never did anything of the sort. Very disappointed as they were much needed.
I’m not sure why l being asked to send a review on my purchase because l have not received my order, do not appear at this moment to have had a refund either. The only thing l have is an email saying l had asked them to cancel my order. Am awaiting a reply to my email saying l still want my order. Disappointed!

I would give the highest score possible for the customer service I experienced with Jo. I have a serious problem with one of my feet and have been searching many online stores throughout lockdown for shoes I can wear. Jo did everything possible to supply me with what we hoped would be the answer. Sadly the YDAs looked amazing but did not accommodate my right foot thus the shoes had to be returned.
