Compre un dron a través de Aliexpress, el precio eran alrededor de 28 euros. Pues bien, una vez llegado a la aduana, me pedían 30 euros de impuestos, osea más de lo que vale el producto en sí. No sé que valor declararon ellos por el dron, pero no voy a pagar 30 euros de impuestos cuando el producto no vale ni eso. Se lo comunique, que Correos les devolvia el producto a ellos, pero no me quieren hacer reembolso ni si quiera de forma parcial. Unos timadores

i have a novice iv 4 rtf kit it is new i have never even flown it everything is connected from the goggles to the controller the lost quad alarm the button to shut it off was gone i found it floating around the quad when i go to arm the motor they dont arm now i have been tryimg to contact you guys it mite be something simple you could walk me through but know one has gitton back to me at all i mean you want to know how you can help me and how you can make you help line and customer service better you can start buy getting back to the customer to see how you can help them and two you need to get some more hobby shop and places like best buy to be abl to do service work on them not every town or city has a hobby shop or mall in them so you need more place that can and will work on them and i am still dealing with it i am about to go on face book and ask in the public forum to ask for help because i am just getting in to fpv i dont know much about and you say this is the best beginner fpv drone everyone who does a u tube video for you and this drone that all they talk about is how easy your drone is to fly and ajust this and all that it not really not like that if you got some one helping you who knows about fpv world or you your self know about fpv world camera drone are different world and i mean two different world it only help you a little bit

I bought a small drone for my son and it never worked, never lifted up. I tried to contact customer service and there is no customer service at all. No phone number and no email to contact some one. Eachine has no ethics and leaves their customers hanging. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them.

My kid and I flew our Eachine EX5 drone to about 100 feet high to take some video of the neighborhood. All calibrations were performed, and we had a fully charged battery. After a few photos I pressed the return button. The transmitter started beeping like it should, but we could not see the drone. We waited but it did not return. The manual says that it is supposed to return under low battery condition or loss of signal. There is a setting where you set up the drone only to fly is satellites are acquired. This setting does not stay after choosing it. I notified Eachine of the malfunction, program bug and loss of our drone via their customer service. I asked them for restitution. They have not even replied.

JUST GOT MY NEW DRONE AND IT NOT WORKING!!!!! got it from banggood and they wanted to see a video of what the drone is doing...so i sent it in.. now there asking if i could fix it at my hobby shop where i live.. so i said i want a new drone and i will send the bad one back to you.. now there asking the supplier again... WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Useless customer service keep asking for a video of a fault that only requires a picture. Eachine helicopters are rubbish, do yourself a favour and buy omphobby.

Absolutely no customer service! Click on the customer service tab on their site, nothing. There's no phone number or email. How can you make products and not have a method of contact?
