I bought the 777 ER. the plane does not steer on the taxiways but the wheel does turn, the plane also sometimes glitches out your framerate to 15 fps forcing you to restart a 6 hour flight. its not just that wanting to continue from where i left off, the altitude where i spawn it from does absolutely nothing. leaving that aside when you have the plane autostarted it will nose up until it stalls and then loses altitude as it crashes into the buildings Thanks for creating rubbish like this Captain crap!

Can't get a hold of my order number which means I can't get a refund I spent 214 sek on this garbage site. You can't reach tem either. Please refrain from buying their garbage products

After paying a lot of money for your C130 Hercules, I cannot tell you how disbelieving and disappointing it was to find there was no Cockpit.
Yes, it does say in the fine print, External View only - but who in their right mind would spend big dollars to buy something with no cockpit that you cannot control. When I finally realised there was no cockpit, I felt "scammed".
Instrument approaches cannot be done. No engine performance can be set or monitored. Speeds on take off, approach and landing cannot be accessed for flap extension/stall speeds - the list goes on.
The whole range of control inputs required cannot be done with no instrumentation.
I would like a refund of the money I spent, and I'll never buy another Captain Sim product again, ever.
Even the FSX Hercules had a Cockpit.

I used Captain sim a few time to buy aircraft. But..... when one needs support it's very hard to get and IF support is given, it's basically referring back to the Q&A. After one disappointement after the other I stop using them ever again.

CaptainSim sells a fake 777 addon for MS Flight Simulator for $30. Turns out its just an old FSX model built on top of the default in-game 747. It even just makes two of the 747 engines invisible but they're still active/simulated.

On top of that, they threaten to sue anyone who creates a livery for the aircraft and doesn't upload it to their website. This is despite the fact they don't have any licences to use the Boeing, Coke, etc designs and names included in their model.

They make crap products and steal content created by their customers whilst claiming to own that content.
