good product, prompt delivery. no screws or nuts/bolts provided for fixing. Not a huge issue but was surprised these were not part of the product

Thank You for your review. I did call right away when I saw review, but you had already resolved the situation. The screws were checked as present before we shipped, but may have slackened and would have been in packaging, but we are now securing them more tightly.
As a repeat customer we recognise this could appear a problem for a new customer.
