Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service.
Order was missing a part I emailed to inform them, was met with a very hostile 'manager' who would not help at all.
We would NOT recommend this company at all .

Various emails were sent back to the customer about the product they bought. NO PARTS were missing; they just didn't understand how to assemble the product and refused our help with their issue. We have sold the product to hundreds of customers, and not one customer until now has had a problem

Ordering easy , follow up emails regarding order great . But No email on when order was going to be delivered , day/time. So just as well I was in house when it arrived.
