Bug d'interface entre Photolab 9…
Bug d'interface entre Photolab 9 (j'avais les mêmes soucis avec les versions précédentes) et la suite Nik Collection.
Une simple maj de Photolab et hop la liste déroulante donnant accès aux plugins Nik Collection disparait de photolab ! Obligé de réinstaller la Suite Nik Collection (et en plus ca ne refonctionne pas systématiquement du 1er coup...).
Un vrai calvaire que le support n'arrive jamais à reproduire... ou que le support ne veut pas corriger.
Pour info, je n'ai jamais eu ce type de problème d'interface entre lightroom et la suite Nik Collection.
Pourquoi ne pas interfacer la suite Nik Collection comme fait entre photolab et dxo film pack car je n'ai jamais eu ce type débug...
D'où ma note 2 étoiles car ca m'exaspère que ce genre de bug ne peux pas être résolu efficacement.

I like the versatility and the speed of the software. It is highly customisable, which is very good as well. I miss and i am surprised it can not read general DNG files, when created by sioftware or unknown camera... DNG is meant to be universal file... the camera model is fine to be known for distortion correction and other purposes, but to not be able to read DNG when camera model unknown - seems to me as nonsense, im very disappointed photolab has this weakness

I had a problem with the latest update…
I had a problem with the latest update of DxO PhotoLab 9.1 where it continuously would not load. I was instructed to uninstall, redownload and reinstall. I went a step further and searched the windows registry and deleted every DxO entry, alond with what was left on my harddrive. Then reinstalled, without any further problems. But when I have not had problems with earlier updates, I expected also no problems with the latest updates. But I was glad I had someone at DxO to talk to, to fix this problem.

I'm using Pure RAW and Nik Filters since years
I'm using Pure RAW since years, I'm using it as a tool to bring excellent sharpness in my Pictures. About Nik Filters, I'm loving to create black and white Images out of my photos.
At least I was testing photo lab. The only reason why I stuck on PR was that I'm still using other editors for my tif files. But who knows If I will change my workflow.
However, thank you DXO for supporting my photos.

Antwort schnell, aber zu kompliziert
Die Antwort auf meine Anfrage kam sehr schnell, war jedoch unnötig umständlich. Mir wurde geraten, Photolab 9 komplett neu zu installieren. Nachdem ich das gemacht hatte, wurde mir angezeigt, dass es ein Update gab, das den Fehler behob, sodass die Neuinstallation wohl überflüssig war. (Ich konnte das Update aber vorher nicht finden, vielleicht gab es da eine Überschneidung.)

merci beaucoup pour votre retour détaillé. Nous sommes ravis que votre demande ait été traitée rapidement et comprenons tout à fait pourquoi la réinstallation a pu sembler inutile a posteriori.
Suite au déploiement de la version 9.6, nous avons constaté que certains utilisateurs rencontraient encore des difficultés. Nos équipes ont alors réagi très rapidement et travaillé intensivement pour publier, seulement une semaine plus tard, la version 9.6.1, qui corrige ce problème. Le délai très court entre ces deux versions a pu donner l’impression que certaines étapes étaient superflues, mais à ce moment-là, nous ne pouvions pas encore anticiper que le correctif initial ne suffirait pas dans tous les cas.
Votre retour est précieux, car il nous aide à améliorer notre communication, tout en reflétant la réactivité de nos équipes pour résoudre les problèmes le plus rapidement possible.

DxO software can present issues, and in my experience I was unable to obtain support. I purchased a license for DxO ViewPoint, but the download did not work and I was unable to use the software. My account could not be located, even after providing all payment details. The issue was not resolved, and the payment was not recovered. I am very disappointed with this experience.

We would like to clarify that our support team was indeed available and responded to your request. Shortly after contacting us, a refund was requested before we had the opportunity to fully investigate the issue. Additionally, locating your account required some extra time, as there were slight discrepancies in the name and email address provided.
Once your account was identified, we confirmed that DxO ViewPoint had been successfully activated. Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, we made an exception and processed a refund.
We also reached out via Trustpilot to better identify your case, but unfortunately did not receive a response from you.

J'ai commencé avec les premières versions de photolab et j'en suis a pl 9 plus film pack 8 plus vp 4. Je ne travaille que sur des raw que je converti en tif et ce logiciel vaut de l'or mais comme mon pc tour était trop lent 'jai acheté une nouvelle tour gaming asus
debruitage en 4 secondes pour d850 nikon mais clé non valide car on a droit que 2 pc .j,ai été sur mon compte dxo et supprimé ancienne tour et j'ai pu valider mon dernier pc et mon portable.ce système est vraiment bien .plus besoin de réclamer,on fait la validation soi même sur son compte dxo

J'ai tout de suite accroché à DXO LAB
J'ai tout de suite accroché à DXO LAB, simple d'utilisation (à l'instinct!) et l'ai conseillé à un ami photographe (au moins entre 2008 et 2012)
A la base je recherchais un logiciel pour convertir mes RAW Minolta - ai découvert votre logiciel au Salon de la Photo à Paris.
J'avais remarqué qu'il pouvait également traiter les jpg (un peu trop de "lissage", les personnes ressemblaient à des poupées)
Depuis 3 ans je ne fais plus que du jpg.
Il y a deux ans au Salon : il y avait bien un ShowRoom DXO mais point de vente.
Aujourd'hui j'ai un reflex Sony, un nouvel ordinateur en W11.
J'ai fait une recherche sur Internet, ai pris l'option "Essais un mois" qui m'a permis de me remettre à jour.
J'ai choisi d'acheter cette dernière Version qui me permettra de tester beaucoup de choses.
J'ai donc traité mes photos du Festival International du Cirque de Demain de janvier 2026 (en jpg) et le résultat est très satisfaisant même à 100% .
Grâce à un de vos collaborateur j'ai fait un essai avec des RAW (en intérieur chez moi) et je suis contente du résultat.
