Website closed down and received email he is bankrupt. And to not seek payment from him. But he's selling on ebay as gameswapau ... can't be too bankrupt. Reported to accc and lodged a claim to try and get my money back.

Was good until store website disappeared without previous notice and keep everyone's money for orders not fulfilled yet (mostly pre-orders) for around $2000 for me.

The penalty for stealing is imprisonment!

The owner has closed up shop and stolen everyone's money without fulfilling orders and preorders. Very shady business practices. Be wary of his eBay shop gameswapau.

Scammed. Owner has run off with our funds (over $700 of mine)!!!!

Made two preorders with the site, almost finished paying one off via partial.ly and decided to check the partial.ly website for the remaining amount I needed to pay off to find that both orders were cancelled without any notice. I then went to check dx for answers and the website has been closed down. I can't get in contact with the stores owner Nathan Gosnell for a refund. Glad I spent over $500 paying both of my figurines only to find that Nathan had cancelled the orders and run off with my money. What a true blue bloke you are. Get in touch with your bank ASAP. And report this man to ACCC.

I'd had an excellent experience with them, until they've just now closed up shop and disappeared with $300 worth of outstanding orders I'd paid for.

Their website and social media have all been deleted and there's lots of other people in the same boat as me (many with higher amounts owed). Such a shame as I'd really liked the store - they were the best online retailer I'd used these past couple years and I just feel disappointed now.

Dx collectables closed? All social media and even website is down. When you go to their website it just says opening soon. This is after iv made several preorders 2 never came and 3 in process but now I can’t even reach the website…

Have two outstanding preorders.
Website has disappeared and no contact at all.
Before now interactions and orders were fantastic.

Lack of communication and response to cancellation of a preorder and requesting a refund.
No phone numbers to contact only email but no reply.

NO RESPOND TO EMAILS

This is my second purchase and this time it was double boxed that way no one was able to identify what it was. Thank you so much for the effort I really appreciate it.

Great customer service , quick delivery and they have some really good deals happening on pre orders and in stock items, so if you’re looking to pre order collectibles like Mezco, Hot Toys, Mafex, etc then best to try Dx collectibles and you’re most likely to save on order too.

I have made multiple orders and everything delivered fast and no issue.

Great communication, competitive prices and quick delivery. I would recommend DX collectables for any avid collector of pop culture.
