I ordered several items from The Gamesmen as gifts as they seemed to have a good reputation . I'm so disappointed !! I was emailed that my package had been delivered , instead it's totally disappeared . Both The Gamesmen and Australia Post claim it has been delivered , their only "evidence" is a photo of the label and a fake signature. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM !!

It was easy to do on line and offered to dispatch the same day and was delivered the next day prompt service and prompt delivery on time fantastic customer service

I pre-ordered a figure of Smart Falcon from Umamusume: Pretty Derby at the end of January and was told it would arrive in early February. I then got told it was delayed and would arrive in March. The figure still hadn’t even shipped by the end of March, so I emailed customer service, and was told it would arrive in April. April is nearly over, and still no updates.

I don’t know if this is an issue with The Gamesmen or the manufacturer, but I’ve had a rough experience.

The prices are reasonable, the selection is huge, and it's nice that it's a family-owned store that has been in business since 1982, which immediately inspires confidence. Awesome. McFarlane DC Multiverse figures are hard to come by in New Zealand, atleast the figures you want anyway, The Gamesmen has almost everything you could ever want in stock, & they ship in a box which is fantastic

I was attempting to make a purchase from uk as a gift for my son in Australia. Received my $300 box yesterday. It has damage to it even though the post box it came in was absolutely fine. Not sure if damage happened in the mail because they didn't send it with bubble wrap or protection, or if it was like that before it was even sent.

I purchased a gaming chair (Anda Seat) from gamesmen costed me over 300 dollars and it came with three stains like spots but they decided to compensate me with 20 dollars which they did pay! I still told them I will publish my honest review which reflect my bad experience! Be careful and check your product carefully!
