When I presented facts, evidence, incidental reverence, evidence that it should have been an injury that showed up on scans, should have been the other arm. All irrelevant.
Asked Chat GPT to be a claims officer it said probability sat at 10%.

La empresa es la típica usurera que se niega a subir el sueldo a sus trabajadores de forma sistemática para llenarse ellos los bolsillos, (estilo cárnica), mientras se gastan millones en anunciarse en La Romareda, en la camiseta del Manchester United o gastarse un pastón en una oficina nueva y de paso quitan el autobús de empresa y te buscas la vida para llegar, que camino las torres esta muy a mano de todo.
Todo va a base de denuncias con ellos, TODO
Operaciones Zaragoza consta de 3 plataformas divididas en 12 o 14 personas cada una con una serie de clientes asignados (Moncayo, Aneto y Peñarroya).
Se trabaja a turnos de mañana, tarde y noche, fines de semana y todo tipo de festivos en rotaciones de 10 días seguidos. Empiezas un lunes y acabas el miércoles de la semana siguiente o empiezas un miércoles y acabas el viernes de la semana siguiente.
El sueldo es miserable, que es la palabra que mejor los describe.
En el 2024 estaban pagando 18500 euros, así que os podéis hacer una idea. Pon que ahora hayan subido a 19500, pero dudo que pase de ahí y además, os absorberán todo lo que puedan, así que puedes estar años sin ver ni un euro de mas.
Si te ponen mal la categoría, denuncia cuando lleves un año para no estar regalándoles nada. Tranquilo o tranquila, que no echan a nadie por eso, así que denuncia sin miedo. Eso si, vete a cgt, que son los únicos que miran por las condiciones de la plantilla, aunque por desgracia no son ellos los que negocian los convenios.
No se cobra ni un euro por noches, ni festivos ni fines de semana, a excepción de los festivos especiales, 12 de octubre, 25 de diciembre, 1 de enero y 6 enero a cambio de 100 miserables euros, cuando Inditex paga 400 euros por esos días.
Puedes estar trabajando la madrugada de navidad a cambio de 100 euros de los cuales igual te quitan la mitad dependiendo del ajuste que te hagan ese ultimo mes del año en la nomina por la retención del irpf que te hayan ido haciendo el resto del año.
Hay 3 personas que llevan muchos años en Moncayo y Aneto (como 14 o 15 años) y que hace años pactaron con la empresa que por hacer turnos cobraban un plus de mas de 200 euros al mes. A día de hoy y desde hace años, no hacen esa turnicidad pero siguen cobrando el plus, incluso hay personas que están en un grupo de soporte trabajando, es decir que ni siquiera están en operaciones y lo siguen cobrando.
Tu harás noches y no solo no cobraras plus de turnicidad si no que no cobraras ni por las noches.
Ellos además, nunca tendrán que hacer tareas que son propias de noches pero tu si. Eso implica que ellos no saben hacer todo y tu si.
Además de esto, hay personas que trabajan fijas de noches (enseguida sabrás quienes son) que si pueden elegir ese turno, pactado con la empresa porque hace años los quiso meter en una cesión ilegal y lo pactaron como beneficio para que no los denunciaran.
Posibilidades de salir de operaciones muy pocas.
Si te dan la oportunidad de pasar a un grupo de soporte será con el mismo contrato y categoría, que ya me dirás que tiene que ver un operador con un técnico de oracle, y mismo sueldo miserable.
Puedes tomarlo como una forma de coger experiencia, pero márchate en cuanto puedas a otro sitio para que no te sigan explotando a cambio de nada.
Hay gente que paso a un grupo de soporte que le han subido el sueldo pero a otros les han dicho claramente que no y esas personas se han marchado de la empresa.
El trato en operaciones es frio e inhumano, liderado por el "responsable" por llamarlo de alguna manera.
Tened cuidado con el que se apellida como el secretario de organización del psoe que fue a la cárcel.
Lo único que quiere es tener a la plantilla amedrentada, apunta todo lo que le sienta mal y una vez al año, despide a una persona.
La empresa autoriza despidos al hacer el cierre de año fiscal, marzo/abril y cada año cae alguien que al ser supremo le cae mal porque no se deja pisar, básicamente.
Las TLS pues no les da para mas, porque son las primeras que tienen con la boca cerrada, el trato contigo será el mínimo y además tienes que sufrir su incompetencia para gestionar la documentación del cliente, lo cual repercute en que tu no puedas hacer bien tu trabajo.
En lugar de echar a esa persona, la mandan a otro proyecto de un banco rojo muy famoso y a las personas que valen, a la calle.
Otra de ellas entro en operaciones sin hablar casi español, sin tener estudios de ningún tipo de este mundo ni experiencia en absoluto solo porque su marido, trabajador de la empresa que las ha liado gordísimas es amigo de algún jefazo, pero a ti te pedirán experiencia y conocimientos en todo
La diferencia de sueldo entre las personas que llevan tantos años y el resto es abismal.
Pueden estar cobrando 5, 6 y 7000 euros mas que tu, sobre todo uno que esta en Moncayo, protegido de Cerdan.
La gente va a lo suyo e intentaran no formarte

From the very first interaction with the company it was clear they knew nothing about the system they work in and we're only interested in being paid.
If your case is assigned to the team you will want to request another company handle your claim,
Their service was almost as distressing as the 415v electric shock that forced me into their service. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

Not sure how people like this are allowed to operate. I started recording the phone calls with them to protect my legal rights and to proof their lies and I reported them to IRO and will go further if needed. They did nothing to get me back to work, more the complete opposite

The rejection email is actually quite threatening and the fact that it was an agent in Bulgaria who replied with an obvious template suggests that they may be harvesting CVS. Terrible insurance company to deal with. 0/5 stars. They withhold payment and bounce you around between different claim managers and nothing ever gets resolved. They never call back and when you eventually speak to someone they lie and give false information. I have had to make numerous complaints and need to now seek legal advice as weeks and weeks have gone by and I have received nothing from them not even reimburse me for medical appointments I had to pay for. This company needs to go, how they treat injured workers is disgusting and pays a heavy toll on you physically and emotionally. I wish I could leave no stars. DXC staff are an insult to decent people. In my case, they couldn't care less about what I am suffering due to my ex-workplace breaking laws + lying whenever it suits them. All these disgusting staff are employed to do is to deny claims to save money. It's just a cruel + damaging game to this company. They cause you extreme stress in addition to the damage you are already enduring whilst granting you no credibility at all. In addition to all of this, they've delayed so long that I've had to pay for ongoing required medical documentation in the interim but at the same time go without recommended treatment which might help me a little due to not being able to afford the cost. I'm SO GLAD that I've paid taxes forever + that my first Workcover claim is being disregarded. Well CEO - here's a few more for you ... $$$. They should permanently shut their doors.

A total disgrace this company is, why WorkSafe allows them to continue operating is beyond me, I've had 3 spinal surgeries and have had to fight tooth and nail, always rejecting surgeons requests leaving me on the wall in agony have ruined my life with the stress they cause, im writing this from a hospital bed waiting on surgery which they still haven't approved even knowing I've been bed ridden here for 2 weeks since being rushed to er. Disgusting and cruel treatment of injured Australians. Shame on you!
