Odpowiedź od DUGG (Down Under Guys Gear)
Hi Paul,
So sorry to hear about the delivery delay through the Post. I can see here that we did send your order within 24 hours of receiving it but Australia Post was under a fair bit of pressure during that busy time and obviously dropped the ball on your parcel. Apologies for the disappointment and I'm confident it would not be an ongoing issue.
Thanks again for your time to write a review and for your order.

good, better, DUGG
I have been shopping regularly with DUGG for about 10 years and I have never had any negative issues or experiences with them. The goods consistently arrive promptly, within a week of ordering and importantly the sizing guides are individually tailored to each brand. They stock a wide range budget and premium items and their prices are always very competitive, especially the sales. When it comes to reliability and excellent customer service, DUGG have set a very high standard and I know I can always shop with confidence and surety.
