Absolutely appalling quality, delayed delivery and disgraceful customer service — avoid

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think twice. My experience has been nothing short of appalling, from the product itself to the woeful handling of the complaint afterwards.

The product arrived faulty and was absolutely nothing like the item advertised. The socks are missing the ankle section and top band clearly shown in the product demonstration and listing photographs. What arrived was essentially just a straight tube of fabric — bizarre-looking, poorly presented and entirely unlike what I specifically ordered. This is not a minor issue or a matter of personal preference; the product supplied does not match the product advertised.

What makes this even more ridiculous is that delivery was significantly delayed because the order was supposedly undergoing “quality control” and being “hand inspected” to ensure the highest standards. One has to wonder what exactly this so-called inspection involved. Either the quality-control process is completely ineffective, or the assurances provided to customers are seriously misleading. Neither possibility inspires any confidence in this business.

I raised the issue immediately upon receiving the faulty item, explaining my disappointment, particularly as I had purchased it as a gift for a friend. Weeks later, despite having to chase for a resolution, I have received only two extremely delayed, blunt responses from someone named Joyce, offering an inappropriate discount rather than addressing the actual problem.

Let that sink in: I paid for a specific product, received something materially different, and have then had to waste my time chasing a company that seems more interested in offering discounts than putting its mistakes right.

Why would I want a discount on a faulty product? Why would I want to purchase anything else from a company that has already failed to supply what I ordered? A discount is not an appropriate resolution when the fundamental issue is that the product itself is not as advertised.

The complete lack of urgency, accountability and meaningful customer service has made an already disappointing purchase considerably worse. I should not have to repeatedly pursue a business for a reasonable resolution to a problem that should never have occurred in the first place.

I expect either a full refund or a replacement that correctly matches the advertised product, and I will pursue the appropriate formal escalation routes if this is not resolved promptly.

My advice to other shoppers: proceed with extreme caution. In my experience, the product did not match its advertised description, the delivery was significantly delayed despite assurances about quality control, and the customer service response has been woefully inadequate. The way a company handles a problem tells you a great deal about its standards, and this experience has left me with absolutely no confidence in this business.

An advertised product that arrives faulty, followed by weeks of inadequate communication and no satisfactory resolution, is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on my experience, and I certainly would not risk placing another order.

Save yourself the frustration, wasted time and disappointment. I would not order from them again.

Customer support response is always that they’re talking with the carrier to figure out what is going on and giving coupons for new purchases.

Das Warten von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung war angemessen,die Farb Intensität ist toll,jedoch alles andere läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Socken sind extrem dünn,es sind keine Fersen vorhanden.Ein dünner zugenähter Schlauch der hin u her rutscht,der nach 2 min tragen sich gleich verzieht.Tolle Idee jedoch hapert es gewaltig am Material .Schade um das viele Geld.

Bestellt am 10.08.2026, geliefert 03.09.2026 made in China und 100 % Polyester. Keine Empfehlung. Leider wurden auf der Homepage falsche Angaben zur Lieferzeit gemacht. Totaler Reinfall. Kann man nur vor warnen!!!

The socks feels plastic. And the size is way off. ordered size 35-38 as my son uses 35. However the socks fit me and I use a 45. Completely useless for my son

Franchement équipe très professionnelle. Problème avec colis privé qui sais permis de signé a ma place et de marquer livraison livré avec signature, hors je n'étais pas chez moi. J'ai envoyé un mail pour expliquer mon problème a facesock, ils m'ont renvoyé mon coussin pour ma fille qui avait perdu son chien et je l'ai reçu hier. Ma fille a pleuré dans mes bras tellement qu'elle était heureuse. Il est magnifique et très bonne qualité. I was very nervous after reading all the bad reviews but I took the rist because most of them were old. I ordere my socks and they arrived as expected within a week of ordering. They do ship from China so expect 5-10 days. I did not have to contact customer support so no experience there.

Je n’ai jamais reçu la paire de chaussettes personnalisée que j’avais créer pour mon conjoint avec les enfants pour la fête des pères.
Ça fait maintenant 1 mois que je demande à les avoir mais leur seul réponse est de me dire que le tracking marque livré alors qu’il y a écrit dessus qu’il y a eu des problèmes de livraison et à aucun moment mon adresse apparaît.

Très déçue.
J’attends toujours des actions des leur part.
Je ne recommande pas du tout ce site. Payer pour rien recevoir ça s’appelle du vol.

I never received the pair of personalized socks I created with the kids for my partner for Father's Day.
I’ve been asking about them for a month now, but their only response is to say the tracking shows "delivered," even though the status indicates delivery issues and my address doesn't appear anywhere.

Very disappointed.
I am still waiting for them to take action.
I do not recommend this site at all. Paying for something and receiving nothing is theft.

L'impression est d'excellente qualité. Après plusieurs lavages, rien n'a bougé.
J'ai fait réaliser des chaussettes personnalisées avec la tête de notre fille dessus, et le résultat est vraiment top. Je recommande sans hésiter !

The quality of the socks is surprisingly good. The printed images on the socks are also really good quality. Yes, they’re pricey, but honestly it’s a niche item that I’ll only buy once so I didn’t mind.
