Don’t expect next day delivery
Don’t expect next day delivery. Ordered while in stock, met conditions for free next data delivery and when it comes to delivery it departed over a week later.
On the the product. The foamlance sealant is brilliant. Can’t fault it. That’s why I gave them a 3 *, 5 stars for the product, 1 star for the service.

Having looked into your order, which contained the Flex Protect kit, at the time it was highlighted as "This product will be subject to a short delay due to unprecedented demand causing production delays". As a company we try our very best to avoid any delay but unfortunately in this situation it was unavoidable which was why we displayed this note on the product page.

Really bad handling and delivery, disappointing customer service
Anything that could go wrong with delivery went wrong (delivery to NL). Had to contact Duel myself to ask what happened with my order. They shipped a new order. In total I waited for about a month to be able to collect the goods I ordered (ordering date 9th of april). Package did not get delivered and I had to contact Duel by myself again. They told me I have to collect my package at the carrier depot, while I have had no information about this. Payed € 11,95 shipping costs! Can you believe this?! At arrival, to my surprise an extra € 23,42 was charged for VAT! In this way this was getting a very expensive and annoying order for me and the delivery and tracking information weren’t even up to date. Dear Duel wherefore did I pay 11,95 shipping costs? Very disappointed about the handling and customer service as well. Oh yeah, almost forgot to mention that I got the small 100ml ‘Nitro’ quick detailer as a gift with my replacement order, as if this would make up al off the energy I had to put in and all of the frustration I got from this order.
I was looking forward to use Duel products for the first time, but now I am feeling all frustrated to be honest..

As the buyer it is your responsibility to action and keep up to date with your tracking updates, we can not do this on your behalf, unfortunately.
Shipping costs apply to all European destination orders and following Brexit back in 2020 any products imported into Europe from the UK will carry a import duty cost. This is detailed in our shipping information and as you can appreciate, completely out of our control.
The 'gift' was infact a sample product which is something we include from time to time in all of our orders, it's our way of getting our customers to try and sample even more of our awesome products.
