Very disappointed
My second order from duelautocare. This time i ordered before the 14.30hrs deadline 10.13hrs Thursday to be precise, got a received order email virtually striaght away so far so good, so i was expecting my order to arrive the next day Friday. Unfortunately that's where it all stopped, no further communicating was received from either duelautocare or parcel force even though i contacted duelautocare via messenger on the Friday. Whilst i understand that it was outside of working hours my son messaged out of hours about use a product and got a reply nearly instantly. After no communication until till Saturday from parcel force to say its on its way. The next day deliver was one of the important things that made my mind up to place the order.. i have no contact to apologise for the delay or any explanation as to why. very disappointed to say the least, considering that on the website it states that we will keep you informed if next day is not possible for any reason. Not sure that i will be ordering anymore products.

The tire and rim cleaner works wonders
The tire and rim cleaner works wonders, and the contact wash is perfect too, the snow foam is bang average tho, nothings amazing and nothing wrong with it. Ordered it on a Wednesday night and received it the following Tuesday

Products are second to none
Products are second to none, however ordered £59 order and web suggests free delivery for orders over £50 with next day delivery if ordered before 14:30, my order was at 13:50 and didn’t come next day! Ordered from another car detailing company at the same time and that order turned up at 08:50 this morning, had planned to clean my car this evening but unfortunately can’t as my duel order hasn’t arrived which is disappointing.

We are sorry to hear you have had a problem with the delivery of your products, rest assured we take all aspects of our business seriously and it saddens us when a 3rd party service lets the Duel team down.
Your order was processed and shipped within the correct timeframe and looking at the tracking we can see that it is at the Parcelforce Depot, we will make contact today (Saturday 17th June) with the provider and come back to you asap.
Again please accept our apologies for the disappointment.

Update: Having spoken to Parcelforce, they confirmed the reason for the delay was their lack of resources on the 15th June, which is extremely frustrating and the cause of the delay. As we discussed on the phone we take full responsibility regardless of fault and I confirm we are always looking at our couriers to ensure we can provide the best service.
Hopefully this experience will not stop you shopping with Duel and the next time you order we will ensure to put you a little something in as way of an apology. Please add in the notes section a reminder.
