Placed my order on the 25th af Jan for 34.99 and 5.99 for next day delivery for it not to come next day but it came on the 30th when I called customer service on the 29th I was told it would be here on the 30th but not once did they offer a refund for the delivery won't be coming back

Bought mystery package got good items but wanted something else so bought flex and bahama blue and towels used today nitty gritty assault then bahama blue flex then dried really amazed would highly recommend my next purchase will the 1 ltr size really good and easy to use

Bought a snow foam adaptor for Bosch Machine.
The wrong one turned up.
When contacted the business and several exchanges with photos etc I was told there were two adaptors.
I was asked to send the wrong one back at my expense.
I checked the web site again and I was correct there are not two adaptors , there is only one per the drop down menu. So not the customers fault which I was told.
The owner Lee was a decent chap when the original part did not arrive by next day with a sensible reason.
However Sam I found to be a waste of my time taking loads of pictures etc and sending to him then to be told it was my fault.
Took a screen grab of the drop down section to select the adaptor for my machine and there was only one for Bosch , I sent this to Sam and never heard from him again.
Not only does he not know his products he clearly does not know his own Web Site.
Sorry Lee I won’t use this business again purely because of Sam.

Discovered this company months ago and decided to start buying their products now i have a decent range of their products super pleased with all of it All works very well great prices great products

Bought a pet hair remover the one's detailers use on vehicle carpets and seat. It is rubber, strong and it even removes hair of clothes like those old wool coats. It leave nice and neat lines on carpet which gives it the illusion of a professional valeting job. All i can say is Brilliant.

Even though my order was initially incorrect, it was resolved with ease and without any fuss. Sometimes you can measure a company by how they rectify errors.
Really liked the regular updates as to what stage my order was at, from initial order online to delivery at the door. I highly recommend Duel Autocare for their customer service and the product performance.
