Şirket sahibi ve müdürü tamamen yalanci insanlar. Aylardır komisyon ödemesini yapmadılar. Birde Alanya'da bilmem ne başkanlığı yapıyorlar. Hepsi haram olsun.

Terrible
We had to wait an hour and a half before being picked up. Our driver complained that he actually had to go to the hospital but first had to drop us off at the hotel. He was literally groaning and sighing loudly while we sat in the van with our three children. We've never felt so unsafe. I'll never use DT Transfer again.

Good transfer
We arrived over 1 hour too late and the driver wasn‘t outside. The driver only waits for 1 hour, then you have to contact the number. I called and wrote on WhatsApp (be sure to log in to the free Wi-Fi at the airport) and immediately someone came to help us. On the return transfer the driver came on time. I totally recommend this company. Make sure to know your terminal! The driver doesn‘t know it, it’s not just the regular transfer with a normal bus. We had to guess it (we came on terminal 2 and the flight back was also 2).

The pickup from Antalya Airport was not…
The pickup from Antalya Airport was not as planned, had to wait there for 45min for the driver. When we called to the company they kept asking us for the booking number but the number we had was not good very bad service on that one. On the other side when the other driver picked us up for our return to the Airport from the hotel was a great service, he was on time and very friendly.

Not perfect but okay
Wir haben einen Tag vor der Abreise die Information bekommen (Check24) das wir zum Hauptausgang gehen sollen. Dort würde jemand mit dem DT Schild stehen. Nach einen kleinen Augenblick suchen haben wir das Schild gefunden nur stand niemand dort. Als wir zwei, drei andere Fahrer gefragt haben. Haben sie die zwei DT Fahrer gerufen die sich weiter hinten im Schatten hingesetzt hatten. Daraufhin musste man 30min warten bis der Fahrer uns abgeholt hat. Die Rückfahrt war unkompliziert. Haben eine Nacht vorher über WhatsApp eine Nachricht bekommen. Der Fahrer war punktgenau da und hat uns ohne Probleme zum Flughafen gebracht.
We received the information (Check24) one day before departure that we should go to the main exit. There would be someone standing with the DT sign. After a little search, we found the sign, but no one stood there. When we asked two or three other drivers. They called the two DT drivers who had sat further back in the shade. Then we had to wait 30 minutes until the driver picked us up. The return trip was uncomplicated. Got a message via WhatsApp the night before. The driver was there on point and took us to the airport without any problems.

Extreem lang wachten op privé transfer
Wij hadden via Prijsvrij een privé transfer naar ons hotel geboekt, zodat we lekker snel en zonder problemen naar ons resort gebracht zouden worden. Prijsvrij heeft dit geboekt bij DT Transfer. Wat een slecht en onbetrouwbaar bedrijf is dat. Ze hebben ons 80 minuten laten wachten op het vliegveld voordat er een taxi kwam. De man ter plaatse bleef maar zeggen: binnen 5 minuten is de taxi er. Wat kan die man liegen zeg. Andere gasten die bij ons in het resort zaten lagen al aan het zwembad toen wij bij het hotel aankwamen. De chauffeur wist niet waar hij heen moest en kende ons resort niet. Reserveer hier nooit een transfer en een advies voor Prijsvrij: stop de samenwerking met DT transfer Antalya!

Die Hinreise war super jedoch die Rückreise nicht. Wir wurden am falschen Terminal abgesetzt. Dies führte natürlich zu Stress. Wir werden beim nächsten Urlaub ein anderes Unternehmen wählen.

Wir haben über Check24 einen…
Wir haben über Check24 einen Privattransfer gebucht und alles hat super geklappt – völlig problemlos. Am Flughafen wurden wir direkt dem richtigen Bus zugewiesen und die Fahrt verlief reibungslos.
Beim Rücktransfer wurden wir per WhatsApp genau über Datum und Uhrzeit der Abholung informiert. Ich hatte noch eine kurze Frage, ob wir im Hotel drinnen oder draußen warten sollen, und erhielt innerhalb einer Minute eine Antwort.
Wir hatten mit DT Transfer eine durchweg positive Erfahrung und können den Service auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
